Well if she can supply them with funds to keep up with weapons, and ammo then Jack would definitely accept that in exchange for any computer goods he happens to come across. I suppose they could be actual friends too Jack is a nice guy but he is still a thug due to his situation at the moment.

Jack is a gang operator and he can probably supply less than legal equipment to her or she could be under one of the protected areas. Jack doesn't deal in drugs he's more of one of those protector gangs. Or you could be a friend who was recruited to help hack into Britannian reports.
