Also if we go into part two without green should I post up a 'need more players' thread again? I asked Arthanus if he wanted to come back but he said he is only able to post once a month though he dearly wishes he could come back to this two year long running rp still on it's first part.

You didn't really miss much at all. Though Green may end up forced out of the story. He hasn't posted anything for weeks in either of my roleplays.

Yeah I have to agree edgey character who rely on their edge and don't have any other qualities are something out of bad fan fiction in my opinion. That's why when I build characters who aren't socialites and or good people I still have them take a hobby, or a friend that still shows their human inside all of that distrust or disgust of their fellow humans.

I'm not trying to paint my characters as edgy. Andre probably is edgey but he is/was deliberately made to be that way. I'm just trying to explain my characters and their actions so far and why they have done what they've done. All the same I'll stop talking about it now because really i do think i've gone on a bit too much about them and i've divulged more than i'd like to already.

Maybe a lack of a crowd would hurt Ben but Andre wouldn't have a problem with it. Ben went out there to make everyone have fun. Andre went out there to show everyone he wasn't looking for a friend and he didn't need one. Ben likes to feed off the crowd to pump him up Andre is disgusted by people watching him duel. Andre has self control of himself otherwise he'd be a lot more arrogant and vicious with his slander and insults. If you really want to know I'll tell you in a pm why Andre is like that but trust me he doesn't need anyone nor does he want anyone at his side. He respects and thinks of Ben as a companion due to what Ben has done for him in the past. While it might scare Ben to see Shinrei act that way Andre would more than likely just revert back to his, "Oh so we're doing it like that now?" sort of mind set and just grid-lock himself into the duel and ignore Shinrei. It'd probably nothing he hasn't experienced before.

fair enough they did put on quite the show as both of them went out with the 'make a statement' mind set. However I don't believe either of them were particular bragging. Maybe a bit on Andre's side when he said his brother was better than him despite winning his match. Ben was loud and he obnoxious but he wasn't bragging anywhere in the duel before or after maybe you could view his statement of: "You can grasp this power if you reach out too it." as bragging that he had already obtained his power but that wasn't really what he meant by that. As for what they think of others Ben doesn't really look down on anyone unless he has personal dislike about how they do things, in fact if Andre wasn't his brother he'd probably hate him. Andre's probably fitting the bill more than Ben because he does have a major dislike of other people but for different reasons which will be discussed later if we get to that point. I suppose you could call them Naive as well too both of them don't do well when put out of their little boxes. Andre's always done things with raw power and Ben's always been the type to give it all he has and not hold back which leaves him open if they can get past his big guys.

"Well fuck you too jackass." Nena not to subtly retorted as she flipped the bird in the general direction of Duel Gundam from her proximity in her cockpit. "You want me to what? I don't give the orders but I'll try to re-direct people I guess. Still I doubt you'll be in for a single fight. The battlefield is smaller than ones we've previously been on and on top of that half of our best pilots will be engaging...speaking of which Captain Jason is giving everyone the go ahead to launch. Rodger Beta 2 launch on your go." Baker stated to someone suddenly asking for permission to launch and proceeded to give him the go ahead. Followed by him was Graham. The duo of Jack and Mask. "This is Paul Lyons. Black Star. Preparing to launch in Flight Pack Gundam Raigo." he stated flatly as prepared the gundam to launch. "Oh dear it looks like it's time to get moving...I suppose I'll have to get going then." Hiling said none too excited about any of this as she waltzed back to her mobile suit careful not to get in the way of any of the other mobile suits in the hanger bay. Paul was cleared by Williams as Jason entered the comms system, "All hands to battle stations all hands to battle stations!" Jason stated bluntly to call the crew to arms.

Group 3 Artillery Squad: Nena, Hiling Care

Paul readied himself mentally as he landed towards the south where the Sundown would be stationed for the mission. However much to his annoyance he immediately was under attack by Zaku units. Much to his pleasure and displeasure they were ZAFT Zaku types not Zeon types. That meant he was fighting his natural prey. Paul didn't have to worry as suddenly a large beam of light exploded onto the scene incinerating the enemy units. It was a purple blast. That meant it came from Nena. The blast cleared the zone and the enemy's scouts rushed back to base to warn their allies. Lucky for Paul he knew they probably didn't have anything for GN Particles that were emitting from Virtue and that suit Hiling was in. Paul soon was joined by Stella and Graham flew over head. "Landing successful...engaging enemies." Stella said with sadness as Paul wondered what her deal was. She knew these people were her enemies didn't she? Paul knew he could trust Stella but lives of their enemies weren't as worthy as those of their allies. ZAFT had to be dealt with. "I got the skies! Incoming enemy units. I don't see sign of any aces yet. They must've not been fully prepared yet!" Graham stated as he shook his head. "Moving to engage!" Graham stated as he launched forward north. Paul sighed but he knew graham would do that. "This is Blackstar to homebase. Moving to engage the enemies now!" Paul declared as they launched forward towards the northern bases, Stella swapped out to her other mode and ran forward while Paul flew on his engines. Beta Team set up nearby and divided themselves evenly to protect the forward landing ground and SIGMA in their Marusames launched and raced to catch up with Paul.

On the other side of the battlefield Grant and company landed without much hindrance aside from some sand. "This place looks old..." Grant said as he looked at a stone wall protruding from the sand and rocks. He noticed this path had yet to be fortified though. It was just as planned even better. They had caught them half cocked! Still with Lyons leading the group on the south west portion of the map he'd have to launch forward and flank them from the south west which was cut off. If they screwed up here they weren't going to get reinforcements. "I'm moving forward Commando Team follow my lead!"
