Fate/Darkened Moon - A PVE Team Based Great Holy Grail War

The following is being made after the former died. (X4)

The year is 2015 the next holy grail war was about to start once more with the church, and mage association preparing to take on new masters, and heroic spirits they were naively blinded by the fact that there were still people out there who were willing to exploit the grail. Many years have past since the Fuyuki Grail War, and with the loss of the greater grail more smaller grail wars had been propping up all over. A small faction in Poland known as the Grey Family have summoned several servants in violation of the Grail War's rules. It's their intent with this current move is unknown but the Grey Family were known as mage supremacists who believe that magi should rule the world not the common people, and it is speculated they wish to use the servants, and the grail in order to win over the world to their way of thinking. They have held fast in a castle forming battle strategies as the mage association prepares itself to deal with the threat. While standard grail wars were done by a servant to servant basis fighting in singles combat until one group remains

Scouts sent to deal with threat were met with swift brutal retaliation and as such the only way to deal with this threat is to summon more servants to combat the 'Red' Faction. Met with fierce resistance initially the mages association has finally come to a conclusion that the threat in question must be dealt with. As such they had sent calls to several different magi be it allies of the Association, or mercenaries. The church has also proclaimed it's support for the Mage Associations 'Black' Faction as the brutality of Red has proven both disgusting, and an insult to the rules of the grail war. Hoping to wipe out the enemy faction the mages are gathering in London to summon their servants. The clocktower magi in London seek to assist the mages in their attempts at destroying Red Faction before they arrive in Poland in order to defeat enemy summoners. Ruler has said to have already arrived in Poland to await what is to happen. However there is more than just a grail war looming over the heads of the magi for when they fight in Poland something doesn't seem quite right even more so than usual. With dark clouds in the horizon will Black Faction be able to overcome the Red Faction's power?

Hello everyone this is a typemoon roleplay based somewhat heavily off Fate/Apocrypha but it is not a complete rip off it. There will be no characters like Sieg entering the midst, there will be plenty of differences compared to the anime/book, and other changes may be implemented. None of the canon characters/servants will be involved minus perhaps the servants who are allowed within power limits (characters like Gilgamesh (Archer/Adult), and Heracles/Hercules (god hand like abilities are too strong to allow into the roleplay. Because you can't hurt them without a B+ or A ranked Noble Phantasms, and you have to do it multiple times in Herc's case). To make clear servants with high stats are allowed characters with broke abilities aren't.

Examples banned servants and why

Gawain - His noble phantasm theoretically gives him an unlimited boost in the sun as long as he's in it. While this can be circumvented at night he is an absolute nightmare to handle in the day, and afternoon. I'd rather avoid the headache entirely.

Jack The Ripper - Jack's phantasm is not an all encompassing instant kill but if you are female, and if it is night time its rather easy to get off if it is night. On top of that memory erasure is a bitch in a roleplay setting. How am I as gm suppose to deal with a character who memory wipes upon leaving somewhere? More over toxic cloud that hurts masters? Hard to play around.

King Hassan - Unlike Jack Hassan is literally the embodiment of the meme 'Teleports behind you "nothing personal bro"'. He's the OG Hassan for a reason. To give you an idea Hassan fought Gawain to a stand still in the sun possibly he could have killed him outright.

Kiyohime - Her stats are shit but she turns into a dragon. How many servants do you know of that routinely are capable of fighting dragons that aren't named Siegfried, or Gilgamesh?

Paracelsus - His noble phantasm is a bit ridiculous, and I'd like to avoid a man who can brew immortality potions.

Perseus - Flying servants are at a distinct advantage in combat. Especially ones with a ridiculous amount of NP's. Simply put being high in the air puts you at risk of simply pegging servants who are in return unable to hurt you because they can't reach you. Leaving Archer/caster as the only standard servant capable of hitting you consistently.

Karna - He's pretty much the Grand class Lancer. He's almost untouchable in power his phantasm is anti-god for crying out loud. A look at his statistics should show you why he's strong.

Merlin - He's THE mage. He's not Solomon (hello cloud of Excalibur level blasts) but he's damn real as a threat in any circumstance. When you think of western magi you think of merlin, and his stats/phantasm reflect that.

Other servants are subjected to bans, or nerfs it highly depends on a case by case basis.

I'd like people to keep in mind that I can allow nerfs to allow some characters like Lancer Cu Chulainn in as he has an instant kill move that hits a person's heart I can't let that sort of move fly. Yes this takes away from some servants but here is my counter point: What's the point of a powerful opponent when you just fling your nigh unblockable time space bending spear through their heart? If you're unsure, or need help picking/making a servant you may ask me and I will do what I can to help. This is a roleplay after all I need to make sure things are at least relatively fair.

Long list of FAQ's

You may be a servant, or a master though I encourage you to play both in order to more easily weave the roleplay together. You may have a pick of any of the classes not already chosen. Remember if a partner leaves this roleplay I'm controlling all the NPC's, plus a set of my own I can't likely hold onto more characters.

I intend to play a pair. I will wait to see who we need before picking my classes. If anyone wants to know my preference it goes Saber, Lancer, Rider however I will play the other classes if need be.

Magic in this rp will go by a DnD system of things were you can only cast one spell so many times before you need to let it cooldown usually for a long rest period. For example "I use fireball!" "3/4 uses left for the day". The alternative is a long, and tedious custom system that I'd need to develop just to measure the arbitrary limits of the Nasuverse magic. There will be no arbitrary mana limit per say meaning there is no actual stat system just a general jest of how much magic your character has ranked on the E-A scale. A being master mages, and natural prodigies like Rin.

Servants MUST be from existing legends, or fairy tales. Modern servants aren't allowed the most I'll allow is someone like George Washington, or a already canon modern servant like Billy the Kid. The characters may not be from other fictional works such as Guts from Berserk. The cut off is roughly around the Spanish american war, to world war 1. I will judge characters on a stage by stage basis.

In the event that we don't get enough people for this roleplay the left over spots will be NPC Magi from the church, or mage association.

Enemy magic will be mostly nonstandard. They will be using a lot of illusionist, curse, and trick based magics as that is their family's specialty. Keep that in mind. With that being said we will have some of our own to counteract some of their stuff but if you're on your own with no experience against mind trick magic expect to get mind fucked. This includes very ancient magics from their caster just because clairvoyance may give you an out to the standard magecraft of the enemy faction masters DOES NOT mean that you'll out the caster for reasons that will be made apparent later due to the nature of enemy caster.

Some NPC characters (that are on our side) will be biased in this roleplay. Pre-existing affiliations will make them gang up on a player character should they (the player) chose to insult, or deride them in some way. Don't expect everyone to be nice to you this won't happen as they won't be nice when talking to my own characters.

I may need to make my servant a higher tier than some others. Not Grand Lancer tier, or what have you but for reasons I'll explain below. This is not to put my characters in the spot light. As Gm if someone drops out I need someone who can pull their weight. I routinely down play my characters (IE putting Saber Lancelot in a forest where Knight of Owner is nigh useless, and not giving him guns before hand) in order to make sure I don't power play, and make everyone seem small. There will not be a grail battle royal at the end of this rp. If you want to know what is I will let you know but it will likely not be pvp. This is assuming that players chose characters are weaker than expected, or lacking in some area.

Chances are you will need to play both master, and servant. I cannot help this. The number of people who show interest is in direct correlation to who is avaible for what spot.

Players will need to have 50 posts on site to join this rp. There were no less than THREE troll accounts that tried to derail my former rp. That one died due to lack of player posting which seems to happen often enough on this site.

If you don't ask I won't tell you what you need to know regarding what your characters may already know about specific things. For example an Executor should know generally what is going on but if you don't ask...well I guess your character's church head was pretty lazy. If you feel the need to know something ask I don't mind questions.

ALTERS, AND EXTRA CLASSES ARE BANNED UNLESS REQUESTED, AND TALKED THROUGH. ALL CLASSES WILL BE STANDARD. THE GRAIL IN THIS WAS NOT PLANNED TO BE SPITTING OUT CORRUPTED SERVANTS.

Saber is an important class be it a tank, damage dealer, or leader character. if you want saber I expect you to commit to this, and be ready to play a strong character. It is also considered to be one of the top classes in the holy grail wars.

Hello everyone this will be a re-telling of the original Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Series. It will align somewhat with the canon however much of it will be decided by player choice as I will allow players to take on their own interventions, and missions with my approval as gm. You may play NPC's to back up the crew if need be. If players leave the roleplay without comment, and or other reasons their pilot will be killed/sent off/etc and another player, or npc will be brought into replace them. We will be starting off with the original four gundams: Exia, Dynames, Virtue, and Kyrios. If we get more players I will allow Zwei, and the trinity team's suits to be brought into the fold as well.

You will NOT be forced to play a canon pilot you may choose/make your own.

You may pick one of the suits to pilot, and I will take the last one remaining out of the group.

I am also requiring a post count of 50 before joining. More than a handful of my roleplays have been plagued by players who's only purpose is to troll me, and my players for god knows what reason. I have nothing against newer roleplayers but current experiences on this site have forced my hand on the matter.

Gunpla (Gundam) Build Fighters - PVE Tournament Gunpla Roleplay

Gunbre High School is a prestigious gundam academy located in Japan. Its students range mostly from locals, to the far away transfer students. Gunbre High School is an academy specifically made for the improvement, and instruction on Gunpla, and other gundam models ranging from building, to virtual arena fights. Students are encouraged to study, and learn from one another while receiving instruction from some of the best teachers in the area. Most situations in the school are even settled by gunpla tournament fights. Though not the most popular academy it is well regarded for its variety of students who have gone onto revolutionize the gunpla in one way, or another. This year marks a new tournament that is to be held against other schools, and shops in the junior cup team category. The teams are set up of three, or more students who fight against one another in an attempt to win. Last year Gunbre High School was kicked out of the semi-finals by a wild card team from Osaka, and this year they want revenge.

The team has lost a lot of its veteran fighters in the club's fight team due to the uproar in gunpla building gaining popularity meaning there are less people to field this year in outright fights. Though the club is a bit short on people its President Jose Lopez, a transfer from Brazil and the team leader from the previous year's team and club, still believes that with the new students that do join, and the veterans who stayed in it they can overcome the odds, and return the club to glory to win the gunpla junior team championship for the school, and themselves.

Hello everyone this is a simple, and to the point gundam roleplay, hence the rather small opening paragraph, based on the Gunpla Build Fighters series. This roleplay will be based around the canonical gundams, and thus you can customize suits but only use the base models. In other words getting something out of Shin Getter Robo is a no no but you can take a Exia Gundam, and modify it to your hearts content. If the above sounds confusing basically you can take any canonical gundam, or mobile suit as a base and then modify it to make it what you want. However out of series suits like Votoms, and power rangers don't have a place here. Though you're free to pick G Gundam. Remember suits in the shows are a lot more powerful than they are in actual use.

They retain their special abilities for the most part but that won't stop a good Jegan pilot from merc'ing you in your crossbone vanguard gunpla. If you fuck up, and you fuck up bad the consequences will be there making dumb choices will result in your gunpla being damaged, or destroyed no one is invincible.

There is no limits on the suits themselves (Except size as big gunpla have regulations on them in universe) however policy is that the better your gunpla building skills are they may consequently lead to a deficiency in your actual combat skill. Reiji in universe can build basic gunpla with some help but is an astounding pilot, Sei on the other hand is a master builder but took to the end of the series to actually 'get good' so to speak.

You may have more than one gunpla, and if you have any questions on them you're free to ask.

Due to an increase in amount of trolls, or other problem users players will be required to have at least 100 posts on this website to join. I'm tired, and sick of fake accounts.

On a side note this school is meant to be an international type school so if you want to transfer a student from say Sweden here (to the academy) that's fine but all students (our characters not the roleplayers) will need to understand Japanese for the sake of the roleplay even if its rudimentary.

Well since there's not much happening right now I'd like to say that I managed to get both Merlin, and Musashi in Fate Grand Order and got Zhuge Liang/Waver from my guaranteed SSR Summon. My account went from buster berserker to high tier pretty quick. Managed to even get them both within 130 quartz each. I didn't summon for Merlin since Nerofest in August. Tried to roll Gil, and Ishtar but got nothin from them. So lucks lookin up. Aiming for King Hassan next.

Only down side? I'm in mat hell. I have no materials to give to Musashi, and Waver. Merlin's Illusion skill is at 5 but its not a priority. Dick wizard took all my pages, and gears.

@ReflectionThe animals shot by Archer were quickly crippled in place however the shots failed to permanently put the creatures down. They still slowly crawled towards them. It would seem these creatures were capable taking high amounts of damage despite their weak nature. It didn't take long for Anderson to capitalize on the creatures' weakened state disengaging from his own target and trowing a set of black keys through their chest. It killed two of them but one of them remained in the front alive somehow despite its multiple puncture wounds. Saber looked around, and gutted another one trying to sneak up on the left running it fill through cutting it in half with his blade before turning around to make sure nothing else was going on.

There was a loud bang from the forest shortly afterward it didn't appear to be an attack but a smoke stack rose from the ground it was some sort of explosive blast but it would be dealt with later at least for Leon who stared around looking for more targets two more approached from the front near Archer it would seem that these things came in great numbers now that there were three, one wounded,and another two dead from Archer, and Anderson's attacks. Leon aimed down his finger preparing himself to fight back against his foes no matter what may happen he was ready. However he didn't fire a spell off he figured Archer would have the chance to kill them before he did.

@The Irish Tree Berserker, and assassin on the other hand were having little difficulty dispatching their targets assassin's quick blitzing movements, and Berserker's brutal stabbings prevented the beasts from flanking the group on their end. Asssassin was especially impressive to those who cared to watch her blurring in spurts of high speed that seem to indicate that she relied on her speed, and agility more so than her strength. With the creatures being easy prey after Caster's assist the right flank was quickly able to be quelled due to the teamwork of Caster, and the other two.

As Rider turned around he would manage to notice a young lady with a black, and yellow dress sporting bright blonde hair standing down near the tree's edge leaning back against the tree. But to his eyes she was clearly an illusion of some sort. She shimmered with a magical aura around her but only to those who could see through illusion magecraft. She made no movements to hinder them, or engage. Just close enough to be within sight of the group but not close enough to be a viable target. Still it was interesting at the very least to see someone so brazen enough to show themselves out in the open.

Born in America Jeff is the son of American scientist, and mechanical professor Aaron Hanson who studied, and worked in the capital of Maryland on the East Coast of the USA. Jeff as a boy was often cared for profusely by his overbearing parents. Not in the norm Jeff was a quiet child but his parents fuss over him often made him cry more than not due to how fussy they were over him. After a time his grand father decided to step in, and take care of the child to prevent the two adults from accidentally impacting Jeff in a negative way due to their feelings towards their son. His mother, and father agreed after his grand father insisted and they both returned to full time working on their careers. Jeff wasn't a handful as a young man either his kinetic abilities manifested early but not in any significant fashion. His father tried to help him understand it but wasn't as effective as a specialist leading to Jeff experimenting more on his own.

Jeff's childhood was spent between studying, and working on his cyrokinetic abilities showing a clear aptitude for it but he was often under watch by teachers, or his parental figures to make sure nothing horrible happened because of it. His father tried to figure out how tutors would help cultivate his abilities but after a string of bad tutors he allowed his brother, Jeff's Uncle, to help with it since he was an aerokinetic esper. It was shortly into his teenage years where he, and his father were both approached for Academy City, and invited in as his father's skills as mechanical engineer, and Jeff's own talents as an Esper caught they eye of some scouts. Jeff agreed, and his father followed. Jeff decided he would want to learn as much as he could, and immediately volunteered for Judgement. The initial years in camp were rough due to his poor Japanese but he was a fast learner, and managed to grasp the language in a manner of a few years. After graduating from boot camp he was paired with an older student who became a 'friend' of sorts to Jeff who learned the hard truths of the city while being a part of judgement.

In current times Jeff is an experienced Judgement member, and is known in the organization for being a through, and cold individual with more regard for the rules than for other people despite his senpai's teachings.
