I would've thought it makes more sense to vote ooc, because the team captain would probably have been the one organizing practices/try-outs

Otherwise, I'd be fine with Riley being the team captain unless MissCap's Riley wants to be team captain - my Riley's work ethic is a bit lacking to be team captain

I think it depends on the group, generally I trust players to advance where necessary but not overdo it, ie killing one enemy but not the entire opposing team. I fee most writers are mature enough to know when they're going too far... Though I've been proven wrong before
