I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

@Equally-Cynical: Okay, I've tried hard to be nice and calm when people submit unfitting bios. I thought the setting and tone were very clear but I still tried to be nice. Sure, it's not all total cheerful lightheartedness, but it's not dark doom and gloom.
This is so over-the-top dark it's ridiculous. Did you even read what I wrote on the setting information or anything? Did you look at the tone of the stuff I worked at all? Your character is so edgy it feels like it'd be illegal to read his bio in a public place. He absolutely does not fit tonally and I will not accept him.
On top of that, his abilities are completely broken and it doesn't look like there's any way to avoid them, on top of being absolutely disgusting.

Well, the thing with /zero Caster is that I'm not sure he, personally, is that hard to deal with since he was improperly summoned, it's more what he summons himself.
Also if he was actually here I don't see him lasting long at all since he's Gilles de Rais post-insanity and is therefore a gleeful child murderer. Like I don't think he'd last more than a few minutes.

@TheLastRunaway: It's just I've kind of seen people use unclear characterization so they can justify whatever they want to do. I'm not saying you will, please don't take this the wrong way, but I'm kind of wary.

The OP kind of mentions modern buildings and cafes, it's not exactly what I'd expect from something taking place in a standard fantasy time period. Urban fantasy tends to mean fantasy in modern times when I've seen it used.
