When she heard someone approach and greet them, Mikoto managed to slowly tear her shining eyes away from the cuteness of the Gekota hoodie and face whoever it was. Upon recognizing the brown-haired French girl, Mikoto realized that it was Anette, from the day before, the new member of the local Judgement branch. She gave the other girl a smile and waved to her as she approached, banishing memories of the embarrassing circumstances that had surrounded the meeting and trying not to make her occasional glances towards the hoodie too noticeable.

"Oh, hi," Mikoto said, after Kuroko asserted that she should only be referred to by her surname, "Delauney-san, isn't it?"

She had to make it look like she didn't care about the hoodie in front of other people...

Saten Ruiko

"After all, Uiharu here needs her onee-san, right?" continued Ruiko cheerfully. Uiharu was just trying to play along... that meant the best course of action was just to keep pushing it further. Teasing Uiharu was far, far too much fun, after all. She was just so adorable when she made all those reactions! It was yet another reason she kept flipping up the other girl's skirt, after all. It was just too cute when she got all flustered.

"She might look like a middle schooler, but Uiharu is really only ten years old!" declared Ruiko dramatically! This girl, who looked pretty young herself, would be easy to trick into making teasing Uiharu even easier. It wasn't often that the black-haired girl got the option to do this kind of thing. "She got moved ahead because she's so smart."

The moment her beam hit, and she heard that weird noise, Marisa was running. This was a tricky move, but hey, it had to work, right? At least she'd get most of her stuff back! Holding her hat open, she used it as a scoop, gathering as much as she could back into her storage spell before hopping onto her broom as quickly as possible. There wasn't any time to take inventory, and the blonde witch rose into the sky as quickly as she possibly could.

She flashed a wide grin and waved down at Touma and Index, tucking the mini-hakkero back in her pocket.

"So, you can cancel magic, huh?" she asked. "That's pretty nifty. I'll have to talk about that with you more when I bring Othi-chan back!"

It was pretty clear that Marisa was planning on flying off and abandoning whatever she hadn't gotten into her hat. This was the last chane to stop her.

Chie tuned out almost everything else. It was always the same dull, boring questions she had guessed they would ask. No, this was what she was waiting for. She had been in the pilot's seat before, but there was a big difference between simply seeing it and actually piloting the mecha. Excitement swelled up in the tiny girl's heart and she was practically quaking with how eager she was. Her flight suit, a powder blue, was correctly equipped, and she'd done everything properly. All that was left to do was to get going...

"Boom's heading out!"

And moments later... that speed. The sensation of escape as she was launched out into space... this was exactly as she knew it was going to be! She hadn't gotten to really try it yet, but...

"Wah... this is great! It's even better then I thought it would be!"

Complexity Threshold: A Superhero RP

Blast Girl is probably decently well-known, especially around where she lives, but hardly to the extend of some others.

She got some fame for handling Maestro(performance criminal I mentioned a couple times) and a dangerous supervillain named "Mister Crystal" but yeah.

Charlotte's a bit weird in that a lot of people know of her but most don't know much about her and probably wouldn't recognize her on sight.

Appearance: "What? What about my cats?"
Personality: At first glance, many people would assume Michiko to be a strange, lazy young girl on her way to becoming a NEET. And they would not exactly be inaccurate. Michiko is prone to lying around and doing very little with her plethora of cats, but that's not all she does. She's also an avid online gamer, and can be surprisingly social as long as there are small numbers of people. She often uses her cats to justify various things, such as why she was late turning in homework even if it makes very little logical sense. In spite of her lazy attitude, she cannot tolerate bullies, and will stand up to anyone "generally being a jerk"(in her words) even if she's scared. She is actually rather fond of her appearance as a magical girl, claiming it makes her look "super desirable". Though she also claims to be "super desirable" in her regular form, to the confusion and sometimes worry of those around her.

Mythical Creature: Chōchin obake, Lantern Youkai
Powers: Given the youkai her powers are derived from, Michiko's abilities center around "surprise" and "fire". The fire-based abilities are straightforward for the moment, using small jets of flame or balls of fire to attack. She can also summon a barrier using heat as the catalyst to defend herself. Her lantern-tipped staff also makes for a somewhat effective bludgeoning weapon.
"Surprise" however, is a more unusual power. As the youkai Michiko gains her powers from is known to surprise others, Michiko can use the ability to hide in plain sight, becoming impossible for her target to recognize as anything other then a harmless every day object. However, she cannot attack in any way while using "Surprise", and must yell "Surprise" in order to cancel the ability and fight.
