Granted, but your nation eventually becomes choked up with bureaucreatic problems.

I want to live forever with eternal youth and health.

You live eternally as a forever young and healthy Llama.

I want to achieve ultimate power and forge myself an indomitable will!
Welcome, detective.

Long since the first of our kind appeared have we been hiding from the human eye: our ancestors were prosecuted, and fearing for their own lives, they established this tradition. But today's humankind is different from the lynching mobs of the medieval times, and we too, have changed and grown. Many of us strive for unity with their kind, but before that, there are problems of our own that must be dealt with first. The Arcane society is far from peaceful, broken apart into a myriad of tiny, feuding cells: syndicates, clans, bloodlines, and each one of them striving only for their own good. This must come to an end.

In this roleplay, you will take on the role of a supernatural creature working as a private investigator, hired by one of the many clans in the Russian city of St. Petersburg. Your goal will be to harvest information for them, in preparation for an all-out war between the rivaling unions, finding your way into the most well guarded places and acquiring the most vital and sensitive information. Your role in this play may seem meager at one - but in the right place and at the right time, even a tiny pebble can cause avalanche. Stay vigilant and be careful with whom you trust.
@Innue I don't think Vordak is going to bother reminding you, so I thought I'd just put this here to say Vordak is still waiting on you to answer his question before he will post.

I should probably let you decide on what would be a fair position for my character. Innue doesn't seem to be able to answer at the moment.
<Snipped quote by Alphakoka>

You can be the arena's new lazy slacker since Rilla has graduated from that position.

Sorry Alpha, the lazy slacker position is already taken.
This is how i see it: roleplays are an interactive, ever-changing medium with plots, characters and settings molded by the players, with a focus on the process, not the end result (although a well-written roleplay can indeed be an enjoyable read). Books are wholesome and complete literary works that are most often written with the intent to convey an author's ideas and thoughts or fantasies through storytelling. I may be far from an erudite, but i can certainly tell that while sharing form, the substance of those two is somewhat different, meaning that one certainly can't replace another. So yeah, i both roleplay and read books.
You should have made Innue a little more aware of that, considering the reduced posting time limit you've overran significantly.

I think i have.
I forgot about this for a second. Has anyone started their fights yet?

Nope. I've still got a few questions that i think the map might clear up, so i'm waiting for that.
yup, 10 feet is poking distance for a swordsman: a single step forwards, and you're in range for a pretty solid strike. not to mention such pesky things as pikes or spears.

in regards to the freezing - does it encase one's limb in ice, or lower the temperature enough to disable it by freezing the body itself?
