EDIT: Realised someone else had already reported it.
*turns into 9 year old me* OOOOH OOH I CALL PHOENIX! :D
One more thing... If you want something better than MS Paint, there IS a free option that's turned out to be pretty good for me.

So, look into the program called Paint . Net (putting spaces so you don't get a bad link). It's a free program that works pretty well for mapmaking. You can make separate layers for terrain, for political colors, for cities and names... Etc. I highly recommend it over MS Paint, though it does take some practice to get used to.

This is an example of what I was able to do with the program. NOTE: I did not draw the map itself, but just colored in the area my nation in a roleplay claimed. You'll notice there's a certain degree of transparency for the yellow as it sits over the map itself, so you can make out the parts of the terrain which are jungly, etc.

If you want to take a peek at the program, I think getpaint.net is the place to go.

Ah, Paint . NET! It's been a loooong time since I used that. I did have it on my desktop computer, and it's what I used to use for graphics, but when I moved house a couple months ago I lost the power lead, and thus I got stuck with my laptop. If you want a really good graphics software for free, use GIMP. It's completely free, and the power of it is just amazing. It does save in an .xcf format, but you can save in other formats by using File > Export as...

Just putting that out there. I kinda go crazy when people talk about graphics XD
If possible, could the suits be in png format with a transparent background? It just makes it easier for me to do stuff like this:

It's not perfect, but it'll do.
To the stars and beyond, Strike Force Red, rocketing off!"

@Wade WilsonI like what I see, but there isn't a whole lot up to view right now. Regardless, I'd definitely be interested in getting some graphics done.

In other news, I do believe that enough people have claimed interest for me to officially go forward with this. Within the next week or two I'll be posting the actual RP thread with all the rules and sign-up. I'll link to it here, but keep an eye out, friends. ;D

Well, ask and you shall recieve :)

I'm free all weekend and from 4pm onwards on weekdays (GMT).

I can understand your frustration as I too have entered several RPs only to have them fall to pieces. Some before they start, others after a few posts. It's hard cause I do place a lot of effort into trying to create a new character and when the RP ends, I feel like I was taken on a bit of a ride and had my time wasted. :\

I'd love to start a fresh RP but I'm not confident to do one without a co-gm to help, and I can't find one sine I don't spend enough time with the others to get a feel of their style and skills.

I completely feel ya. I spend a lot of time creating characters as I tend to struggle getting a concept onto virtual paper, but I've been told that when I get into the flow of it, I'm really good. I don't really believe anyone when they say that, though, since I think I'm like a Free-level roleplayer who joins Casual and Advanced roleplays, but apparently it's completely different.

And now it's for my contribution to this thread:

I think the worst sign when a roleplay is dying is when the GM leaves it up to the players to craft their own story, and will only pop in to advance the plot. It's happened to me twice, and I hope it doesn't happen again.
@Wade WilsonOooooooooh. I am intrigued. Your sig banner and avatar, are they your own work?

Yup. Also check out a thread called The Graphics Shack in The Gallery.

It's a commissions shop by me, all requests are free. It also has some more examples of my work (I'm about to update it with two new avatars and sigs I made (including this set)).
*cough* I can do graphics y'know *cough*
@Wade Wilson Samurai was not good, but I found it bearable (at least until we got the incredibly disrespectful sexism there in the end). Megaforce... Is definitely my all time most hated season and I despise it. But Dino Charge has been very good. I've enjoyed it a lot.

I haven't seen Dino Charge yet. I did find Samurai pretty intolerable close to the end, and both Megaforce & Super Megaforce was just... *shudders* I expected better, having seen little snippets of the Japanese version (Goseiger and Gokaiger was it?).

I'm gonna brush up on my lore etc. etc. and get to work on a character concept.
