Well, since it seems relevant here... Have you guys seen the new Fate/Apocrypha yet? I was waiting for it to possibly come onto Crunchyroll but ehh. The opening to the first episode looks like a nice hook, so was wondering about you guys-

There was a breeze in the air that gently picking up scraps and by chance, lightly catching the dark hair of a young man in its grasp, with him standing inconspicuously on top of the rooftop of an apartment as he enjoyed the night. Should anyone had seen him earlier, he was pacing around as he seemed to peer off into the distance from the building as if something caught his attention but returning back into a state of semi-awareness out in the open. With his eyes now following the street lights that followed the street, watching the traffic of people passing through the different parts of the city as he had already familiarized himself with it. Taking note of the more busier areas as his eyes took advantage of four floors of the apartment as it gave him more than enough to see what was happening by the shore.

His dark brown eyes continued to peer down at the shore with different parties leaving and coming toward the shore but nothing suspicious. Moving both up and down it as he scanned the scenes, his legs had dried not too long ago as the sand from them had been removed. Having taken his feet dip in the water earlier as he continued observing the area at the time, nobody minded him as he was seemingly hard to perceive despite walking on the beach. Taking his leave once he felt that was enough of the water to continue the job that he was assigned, it would be carried out tonight and whenever he had no other obligations. ' Hmph- such a shame to waste such a prime opportunity to come out here, the water was quite nice... Hmmm " He said in his mind before releasing a sigh as his feet kicked the ground nonchalantly while looking out.

While his physical manifested body was difficult to perceive, the translucent one that the man donned made his existence impossible to detect ordinarily and complicated even amongst his own kind if he remained inconspicuous. His nature as a Servant was apparent and undoubtedly but there were a few details that were already mentioned by his Master but it was another topic to be discussed at a later date between the two of them.

His transition to the modern era was easy to get around with him, having replaced the summoned gear that he had with something more relaxed and comfortable was something he didn't mind. Taking away all the leather and tough fabric, he instead wore a black tunic that reached halfway down his thighs with golden yellow trimmings around the collar and button area that left the long sleeves untouched with how they covered his frame. Having a similarly shaded pants that matched nicely, hugging his form despite his easy time getting in them with its dark navy blue color.

With another small sigh, the figure ran his hand through through his hair as he continued to gaze over the quaint city that it occupied. He had another job to do tonight besides this and several other areas that he took note of to stake out for any activity. Taking a step forward from the edge of the railing, he made his way over to somewhere more ideal for his next position that he was to observe. " The Coast is clear, nothing notable besides myself of course " He said with a hint of charm to his Master with the mental link shared between the two of them. Exhaling during his descent, falling down to the streets below, he made his way down the many alleys that he went through with the dim light illuminating the streets for him. Briefly looking around, "Making my way over to the final area... He mentally spoke after landing as he silently made his way, his mind focused on keeping his presence as discreet as possible while he made his way through the city and the many buildings. Of course, it was not like anyone ordinary could see him but he was sure that other Servants would be keeping their eyes out which was the cause for his worry. Taking his time, he eventually got over into a position that was ideal for staking out his location.

" Master, I have eyes on the Church. Nothing to see so far... " He said calmly while his eyes peered through the various obstruction in front of him with trained precision as they watched from afar as his attendance anywhere near there was not required. Having himself stationed around two miles out, while he instead watched the building for any noticeable activity on the outside as his dematerialize form stood in place. With the presence that he had as a Servant had not been exposed tonight yet and besides, anything that he could do would be impossible to notice in time if he did anything to the Church or the area surrounding that. However, there was no need for that yet otherwise what kind of fun that would be?

Robert is a charming young man with an outgoing charm to him that gushes out with how he speaks and simply act with the people around him. Being a friendly face that never seems to fade out of the cheery disposition which is infectious to those who let it be. Having a seemingly adventurous and curious nature to him that is like a bundle of uncontained energy that is stuffed within him like an overflowing package. It's almost draining to see how energetic and active he is that never seems to be bored. Following where his instincts guide him, he is always falling into some sort of trouble or mischief that somehow finds him. Causing some people to label him as a rowdy person and spontaneous but he prefers to call himself as fun loving who adds a little bit of spice during the day.

With a short stature, perhaps that is the secret to how energetic he is. He is built rather well, with his athletic frame coming from the multitude of activities that he partakes in. Whether it being a fickle desire or passing hobby, he is always interested in learning something new so long he simply enjoys himself. Keeping his appearance in fine condition with his sense of fashion and apparel, keeping him from looking the same twice in a single week with the variety he has with his clothing. Having the faint scent of something spicy like cinnamon coming from him if you observe closely for some reason.

In the end, he is not so different from the regular social butterflies that you see with his sociable nature which matches the profile. Having a good handle on his people skills, making it surprising when they discover his more serious side. Hidden for carefully selected situations where he pulls it out that seems uncharacteristic of him that contrast to his bubbly nature. To put it lightly, he is more than what it seems from the jolly exterior that he holds outside.

Unsurprisingly, Robert is like how he is perceived by people for the most part. Being a sociable person who doesn't mind interacting with people, whether they be friends, acquaintances, or even complete strangers. He personally believes that everyone shares something that each other would like. Finding it interesting to learn more about people, taking some time to uncharacteristically sit back and watch things simply 'flow' in everyday life. Taking the time to understand multiple view points of a subject that he is interested in from different people and their experiences.

In general, this is the most common persona employed by Robert which gathers favorable disposition from other that would be beneficial. With this being easily changeable as he shapes the image of himself to suit the needs of the situation, building a solid base for future interaction. Forming a sort of reputation that works as a decoy for the secrets that he hides within himself, making it sudden when he breaks character that he created. He, however, prefers to keep his manipulative if not slightly sociopathic ways to himself to prevent people from being suspicious about himself.

All in all, a placeholder for what comes latter down the road...

Robert is an athletic person who participates in a variety of physical hobbies that has conditioned his body. A focus on form and condition rather than brute strength, most commonly working out in the simple but effective way of jogging and occasionally hiking when he can. Exercising as a hobby on top of the mandatory physical conditioning that the students have to do at Oakridge which keeps his condition in tip top shape.

With his specialized arsenal of skills suited that comes from his training of his two Divisions, the majority of his time at Oakridge spent within the Intelligence Division. His training focused on the role of being a moving asset, with Robert having the technical skills to support his constant movement from place to place and his ability to gather information in multiple ways. Using a combination of a continuously changing persona to achieve what he wants with people while his technical knowledge to achieve digital means of getting information. Tying it up with the ability to move with discretion and have a variety of ways to make his escape with this information and preferably himself intact in the process.

His combat skills are lacking in exchange for his extensive skills in operative outside of battle, capable of self-defense in situations that call for it in direct combat despite the disadvantageous matchup. Improving immensely when using the preferred method that he was taught by the Intelligence Division as a silent operator to take down opponents. With the majority of his magic focused on achieving his objectives quietly and survival in general instead of flashy effects that other Guardians may employ.

Interesting to see a local master with ties to the Grail itself, would make sense as the ritual has to be made by someone/people with interest to use it for themselves. I'm curious to see what unravels within the roleplay between Archer and Kalea, so I guess this makes the pair official~

Marcus has built his character up for fun rather than battle, with many of his abilities that he has gained from such shenanigans making his character built into a more supportive role. With the ability to buff his allies abilities and push them to further heights with his magic, he is also able to debuff opponents to reduce their own capabilities from being used at their utmost potential. Causing effects such as reduces stats for various areas or status changes such as sleep, confusion, and similar things. Making his character prime for increasing the amount of damage being able to be inflicted from his allies and take out certain opponents out of the battle should they be suspectable to his effects.

Strengths:

// Marcus built his character for fun rather than for combat, focusing on the aspect of his racial abilities that granted him various unique abilities. With a heavy focus of the charismatic aspect that the race brings, which is a supernatural awe from their presence that he has turned to develop. With a combination of both his racial and job classes, he pushes his charm skill to a very potent force that he is able to achieve with simply his own nature. When combined with the use of spells, their effects will be enhanced as a large variety of magic focuses on the aspect of influencing his opponents mentally. Even those with complete resistance can be affected although to a degree on a case// by// case basis that can be surprising to see someone so specialized. To say the least, his charm skill is one of the most developed skills that he has.

His artistic skills are another portion of his character that he spent to develop with the specialty for the mental suggestion effects that come with it. It is similar to the bard class, that allows the use of magic to convey various effects as spells that can be used to both buff allies and debuff opponents. A class focusing on agility and magical effects, it lacks a variety of offensive spells and even more in the damaged area which comes as a trade off for the various effects the spells can cause. With the higher class level one has in these classes, it also obviously gives the benefit of their music skill increasing in the complexity and quality of the songs he can play.

Another aspect of his character also follows his enhance capabilities of using holy magic that comes from his capabilities of his racial class that can reverse injuries on the battlefield. With him also capable of also using these spells to harm against undead or evil that can handle them should they ever appear in a confrontation. With the levels coming from his racial classes count for the base class of priest.

Weaknesses:

// His racial classes that he has makes him suspectable to holy magic from the corruption of his character falling out of grace. With this weakness enhanced even more that makes his vulnerability to holy damage is immensely increased from its original resistances. As a side effect though, he is more resistant to unholy magic but still affects him more than normal characters making it still a weakness in accounting for.

Another fault of his character is simply his lack of significant damage without a strong or impressive ability to harm any foe by himself without having to engage in close combat. Requiring him to rely on his allies to take down his opponents, of course, unless he places himself in predicaments that should be avoided. He functions as a glass cannon, with little constitution or defense to trade blows with other characters, it's best he stay at range unless he needs to engage.

His combat skills are what you would expect from a magic user, which is to be quite frankly terrible. The combination of job classes that he has leaves his strength and endurance department something more desirable for a person engaging other fighters. It does, however, offer him agility above a normal magic user as a dancer which compensates his abilities for operating within close combat with speed and dexterity instead.

Notable Equipment:

// Chalice of Genisis // A Guild class item that was made with the assistance of several of the guild's more dedicated members who were ironically all in the support role and thus made something their specialty could only do. Bringing several objects of power together to build something that would make the others proud, they did their research with the Infinite Flask and how to imbue it with much more potent effects. Scouring the books, forms, and performing their own research, they had finally done it when they turned the water into unlimited minor healing potion. As they continued their research, they eventually developed the final product of creating a golden chalice with the light neon blue liquid glowing within it once the command word was spoken to activate its abilities. It lacked the infinite reproduction of the liquid, but it had enough to sate the ten other people in the guild with a single cup of their own if they wished. Coming with potent restorative abilities that act as a potent healing potion that can heal wounds and remove debuffs of all kinds when they tested it in YGGDRASIL. It has a secondary effect of being capable of reviving another person by activating a second command word, causing the glowing neon liquid to flow out enough to fill a small tub and when the correct ritual is performed. The character's body will materialize within the liquid and emerged out to the surface, turning the liquid dark murky blue like tar almost that renders the cup unusable for a month. Drinking this murky liquid acts as a strong poison that adds a variety of strong debuffs for quite the long duration unless reduced by a 10th level healing spell which can remove some of the negative effects and weakened the others. In theory, the two liquids should cancel each other out but neither of them last long outside the chalice, having a time limit of fifteen minutes before rendering itself inert.

Equipment:

// Sunkissed Cloak of the Saint // A cloak that increases the potency of his holy magic and improves his magical defense in general, it becomes stronger when in the presence of undead and impurity. It shimmers in many colors when sunlight hits its surface making it an enchanting sight to see as he walks which does nothing special besides showing its beauty. It was made from the shroud that wrapped the minor Saint, Aias, who was known for his blessings and charity in the lore of YGGDRASIL. Plumaged from a forgotten ruin, the raid for it was only possible with the help of the lore junkies that scoured the religious text with Marcus being one of them. It is one of a kind, but there were many other shrouds from different saints that could be obtained with potentially different effects.

// Dress of the Stars // The outfit that is worn by Marcus that gives the ability to change its appearance to the wearer's desire, anything sensible is possible for this with it being able to increase or reduce materials to a degree. It has the enchantment of increasing the charm skill of the wearer so long they are comfortable in the outfit and also decreasing the mental resistances of those who are entranced by the wearer. Only fabrics can be replicated with this outfit but its durability is similar to leather despite it being very light like soft fabric and gives a boost to agility. In its default form, it is a suit for men and a dress for ladies that adjusts itself as it is being worn.

// Histoire éternelle // A pair of footwear that has the ability to also change its appearance to the wearer's desire, its stats remain the same, however. With it initially taking on the appearance as a sturdy pair of boots made out of leather, it boosts the wearer's agility and grace when worn which comes from the enchantment crafted to the shoes. If a person is skilled enough, these shoes can be used to increase their dancing skill so long they have the initial requirements to do such a thing. This dance buff can be shared so long the wearer takes the leading role of dancing with their partner 'following the flow' instinctually.

// Stradivarius Antonius // A Legendary class item that is an instrument, taking the appearance of a masterfully crafted violin that amplifies the effects of the music that is played. Its colors and tones seem to be alluring but it only serves as bait for the trap that is sprung when the first note is played on its strings. Being an extraordinary instrument with a capable player even without the use of magic that has a hypnotic effect on the listeners. When combining the use of magic with it can achieve awe// inspiring things as their effects become enchanted and their abilities are more potent. As a weapon, its craftsmanship makes it sturdy like a normal metal sword with its wooden form unnaturally durable but it is too valuable to be used as a blunt weapon...

Example of Abilities:

// Echoing Strings // A spell that can copy a spell from a designated ally within the duration cast, the copy can only target the same one the original aimed for. With the difference between character stats and equipment, the spell copied will be definitely weaker but achieve at least half the potency at the minimum to around eighty percent maximum of the original.

// Rumbling Fortissimo // A spell that imbues a weapon with a vibrating melody, growing stronger over a period of thirty seconds, it is a buff for melee attackers increasing their weapon's damage over time. If time correctly, when the duration of the spell ends, an explosion can be caused by the shockwaves emitted at the end of the magic when it reaches the highest point. It can also force back opponents within the range from the shockwaves emitted by a few feet. The unfortunate side effect is that it draws attention to the one who has the effect cast on, drawing attention during the heat of battle.

// Accelerando Rising // A song that boosts the agility and speed of allies who can hear the music, it is a waxing increase to that stat that grows during the duration of the spell to its height at the end. Which upon ending, those affected may feel heavy after the effect disappearing from them as the significant speed boost is lost. During this spell, no other song can be cast unless canceling the first one out of sequence.

// Falling Adagio // A song that slows down the speed and agility of opponents who hear this music, it slowly drains their speed and movement as the strings of notes slows them down. Upon ending, those affected may still feel sluggish after the effect disappearing from them as they come back up to speed. During this spell, no other song can be cast unless canceling the first one out of sequence.

// Unyielding Fermata // A spell that imbues a person who a deep and low hum that is unwavering, never changing in pitch or depth from its sound. It causes the target to have their stats to remain at their default state with everything such as any debuffs or buffs to their person and their equipment. Allowing a person to fight to their true potential with neither any advantage nor disadvantage outside of what they have. Giving them enhanced regeneration of their health and mana to reach the point where their original values were at when the spell was cast. Their resistances to any status changes are immensely increased but it is indiscriminate to whether they are beneficial or detrimental. To buffs and debuffs already occurred onto them will be extended when this spell is placed upon them will end after the duration has passed.

// Battlefield Waltz // A skill that greatly increases Marcus' evasion during the duration of the ability, taking the form of an elegant dance incorporating his weapon of choice. The damage dealt is normal with their chosen weapon and with his substandard stats, it may be insignificant depending on opposing stats. It is notable for the elaborate movements that vary depending on the weapon and the survivability it grants.

// Create Vibrant Illusion // A spell that can create a variety of illusionary effects that simulate all the five senses whether it be sight, smell, touch or anything else. It doesn't have the ability to physically affect the world, but the mind of those who see the illusion are instead mentally affected to 'make sense' of it. An illusionary wall may feel solid for a person when they touch it but if they threw themselves at it, they'd fall through or an attack creates may create the sensation of pain when they attack and fake wounds. Should any of this illusion be disbelievable, then they simply have no mental effect over that particular opponent who knows that it is an illusion. The drawback to this spell is that the caster has the focus to control the illusion, preventing the use of other spells.

// Mirror Images // A spell that creates copies of himself, shifting his position so that it is untrackable which one is which. They all mimic and move the same as he does, but they are very fragile and are easily destroy with a single attack against them. These are a simple illusion that can be decerned false by any other senses other than visual without engaging them should a person have it.

// Command // A simple enchantment spell that forces a target to obey a single word that he has, requiring a mental resistance check against this effect but anything directly harmful to them will negate the spell from taking effect. It is simple but effective in what it can achieve with weaker characters but against stronger figures, he can only cross his fingers as their resistances are stronger.

// Sweet Nightingale // An enchantment that is placed over a person that creates a charm effect on their voice, becoming more potent should they sing. While it does not improve quality, the spell makes them 'endearing' in a way that is suitable for those affected by it. Having people resist the increased charm skill of the person affected by the spell or be charmed by the voice. As a side effect, it improves mental influencing magic that uses the voice.

How a normal human would view me:

// People would find Marcus quite enchanting with various aspects to note about his figure that would bring various opinions about what they saw within him. That is true attraction, with people finding a meaning or feeling for themselves and how they feel about his strange presence. He has a confidence to him that seems intimidating when combined with his appearance which is a fearsome duo.

Well, I'm almost done with him but I still need to brush him over with a finer brush so when the OOC comes out it should be finished depending on how long it takes~ I know a few parts that I dislike but here is a proof of concept that is hopefully acceptable >.> *crosses fingers*

(Plus, I need to read the other posted characters to compare... Don't know how he compares to them yet >.<)
