I've finished a lot of the magic information and the character sheet. It ought to be up tomorrow~

In the meantime, would anybody like to ask me any questions about things before that? It would help me get some information out quicker, so you can prepare your ideas and sheets before I have to finish the larger scale writeup.

Also, there will definitely be a character limit in place. Just thought I'd let you guys know, since there are just so many of you~

what magic would you say is off limits, and what is your rules on divine magic? Like do deities exist in this universe?

Firstly, it's considered rather rude and presumptuous to post your CS to the character tab before it's been approved. That Tab is for approved characters.

But forgetting about that for a moment:
The power looks interesting and the rather unique name Bleeders seem to suggest it's from something. I'll give you props for being unique but I'm going to have to ask you to chose another ability. The most prominent reason is that functionally speaking your character's power is specifically designed to be PvP. It attacks humans directly with very little application outside of combat. I'm not going to say that's a bad thing, many of our players have combat oriented abilities but in an RP where Player Vs Player situations are not just likely be expected I can't allow there to be powers that target a person in such a specific and nearly unblockable way.

Secondly and this had less bearing but you mentioned a synthetic material implanted in her eye. That would suggest she had some awareness of her abilities at a young enough age to avoid injuring herself with them and went to some sort of surgeon. This wasn't in the first post and now that I think of it I may have forgotten to mention it in the OOC but while being a meta isn't illegal (at least in the states and Canada) metas are required to register with the government (not many do for obvious reason). A procedure like that would be very specific and the surgeon would have to realize that the person he was operating on was a meta. He would then be required to report her to the government or risk losing his license to practice. Once she was on a government list the Corporation would be able to find her a lot easier and much sooner than what looked like about twelve years.

But as the power isn't approved that's not really an issue.

You keep making references to accepting non metas and the Crusaders and Saints not all being metahumans or all having to be metas. The fact is the only non meta humans present in the Center are the guards (most of them anyways) and they don't join prison factions.

With regards to the age I'd prefer you actually listed how long the group has been around. I don't want to have to hunt down random facts in your CS to discover certain information.

What exactly do you mean by "Progressives"?

I'm not going to say that Sam can't be the Leader of the Cross but bear in mind that when the escape comes to pass Edmund and Gloria are going to teleport out as many people in close proximity to them as possible and the likelihood of several different faction leaders being near one another is not altogether likely. If you really want Sam to be the leader of the Cross you are more than welcome to but I would suggest creating an NPC for the job.

I was more or less going for what they would do when they escaped the prison, as in the faction would still be around after the escape. As for progressive I mean non left-wing politics, Sam is described as a traditionalist and his faction wouldn't allow liberals or communists in their ranks, that's what he is getting at.

Ozuko felt sweat drip down from his face as he attempted to do twenty five push ups while his body's gravity was several times greater than normal. His normally used their gravity powers to help train in developing body muscle and it also aided them in learning to focus on controlling their personal gravity while under physical stress. He was now on number twenty of the exorcise and his arms felt ready to give out under the increased weight, he refused to let his arms give out and kept on pushing himself until he reached number twenty five.

After that he made his gravity normal again and sat down to regain his breath. It was a tiring exorcise, but he had to do it. He needed to push himself as much as possible if his dream was become true. The path to being a great shinobi was full of challenges and competition, and Ozuko needed to be above the rest to win it. After checking the time he realized that it was around the time to meet his new sensei and start his first day with Squad 14.

"Better not be late, otherwise that won't be good first impressions" he said to himself as he got back up on his foot and rushed to get his ninja equipment. Once he had all that he would need for today Ozuko quickly ran in the direction of the meeting place. He couldn't believe that it was finally time for him to become part of a squad and go on dangerous missions. This was his chance to make something of himself and show the world what his clan was capable of.

"Remember Ozuko, our clans philosophy is that success is all down to hard work and pushing oneself to their limits and breaking through them. With an unbreakable will there is no limit to a shinobi's potential." Ozuko remembered his father's words before leaving to do some last minute training, and he repeated the philosophy of his clan in his head and felt his spirit rise. With each stride a smile started to appear on his face and his confidence was up really high.

"Look out world! Here comes Ozuko Matabi!" he shouted out loud and got several odd looks from passersby. Ozuko ignored them and kept on running towards the building where he would meet his teammates. Upon entering the building and finding classroom 14, he saw that he was the last to arrive. "Well this is a little embarrassing, better ignore it and just act like it didn't happen" he thought to himself and gave them a proud smile.

"Hello, my name is Ozuko Matabi, my admirers call my G and I'll be doing as much as I can to make this squad and myself the best in Konoha. I'm totally ready to kick some ass!" Ozuko said to his sensei and teammates with a grin. He may not have been using gravity release right now, but he felt lighter than air with the amount of confidence flowing through, a little too much confidence.

Has to be Rock Lee vs Gaara. The fight is epic and the flashbacks between Lee and Gai put a chill down my spine every time.

That's good too, but I love seeing villains humanized and this video made Madara my favorite Uchiha.
