Greetings, I am a member of an alien race from a distant and weird dimension. I happen to have a developed a taste for role-playing on the human internet and I am looking for a good community. I am very interested in joining Pulp Fiction, superheroes, Naruto and fantasy roleplays.

The one reason I even own comics with Damian in them... is because Grayson was Batman. Grayson's acrobatics surpassed even Batman's with his upbringing, and it was cannon for years he was the 2nd greatest detective in the DCU before the New52 reboot. He was the leader of a contingency Justice League and a founder of the Teen Titans. All of that to me would look a lot better on a resume than 'trained by assassins.' I prefer Grayson as Nightwing, don't much care for the 'Agent 37 of Spyral' stuff going on now. Damian has Bruce's DNA, but Grayson will always be more of a son and successor. Historically speaking, Robin/Grayson is one of the most important characters in comics. When I think of Damian as Batman I think of the Batman #666 issue. That's not what Batman should be IMHO, didn't care for that take at all. The only time I've enjoyed a more hardcore Batman was when Tim Drake was still just Robin, when it showed the 'Titans of Tomorrow' and in the twisted future he was a more brutal adult Batman who used the same gun that killed Bruce's parents to execute criminals. I remember reading that and thinking 'holy shit, THAT'S an interesting twist.'

Also, because Damian THINKS he deserves it just because he's got Bruce Wayne's DNA is probably what pisses me off the most about him. Like that kid who became king in Game of Thrones. Grayson was Robin shortly after Bruce became Batman, and even when he left out on his own he still stayed in the superheroics. If Batman got in costume and started operating before Superman, that makes Grayson more experienced than a good portion of the DCU. What's Damian's actual hero career amount to, a year or two?

I also kinda thought it was a bad move after Batman's had three adopted sons to give him a biological heir. It defeats the purpose of the others not being blood related.

Okay, rant over. LOL. Sorry, but I find very few instances to show my nerd side. I'll leave the subject with this: I LOVE the We Are Robin series. And I'm trade waiting the Robin War story.

~KL~

My problem with Dick is that he lacks character flaws and like Damian said in Batman vs robin he was the perfect robin.

Adopted sons just aren't as interesting as having a real son for Batman in my opinion and it's quite clear that Damian is still growing and maturing. Seriously why does every young hero have to be nice?

None of the robins have as good of an origin as Damian, the son of Batman and grandson to Ra's al ghul, that's badass.

Most Damian haters are just butthurt because Dick is never going to be Batman and Tim's been sidelined.

Again blood ties change my view of him and when he's done right Damian is the best. Dick is like the guy who has the excellent resume and the most history, but that doesn't make him better.
@Weird Tales There's good reason to why a lot of people dislike Damian. Good reasons, but there are also good reasons to like him. Honestly, I just prefer the other three Dick, Tim, and Jason, and as for Damian...meh, I hate him sometimes, like him other times.

He's the only one worthy to be Batman in my eyes. None of the other three can which is why they adopted new hero identities.

I like all of the robins, but Damian is my favorite. I love the strained father and son relationship that him and Bruce hhave. Also every character has had bad stories. Batman, superman and wonder woman all have had them, it's the writer's job to do them right.

Also grant Morrison did an excellent Batman series featuring Damian and Batman vs robin was amazing in my opinion.

Dick and Jason were my least favorite robins, they're better when they're their own heroes
Simon was confused by all of the craziness, this was just getting too weird even for him.

"It's just madness in this place. Giant monsters fighting, some weird chick with super strength. I know I'm weird, but this is just crazy" he said to himself. He just made a handful of gummy worms appear in his hand and he ate them. When he wasn't sure of what to do then he just watched the fight go on and his mind raced with the sight of all this.

"What should I do?" he said to himself out loud. His mind went through several ideas, talking clearly wasn't an option since these monsters clearly had their brains shrink when at that size and Simon was pretty sure that Light's efforts would be almost useless against such massive creatures. After biting into a gummy worm Simon then got an idea and he looked at the remaining two pieces of candy.

"I Think I have an idea" he said out loud and with that he made the two gummy worms float up into the air and increase in size rapidly. They soon grew to monstrous proportions and made one wrap around Megalon and then the other wrap around Gojira-San. The massive candy was trying to restrain the two monsters and put an end to their ridiculous fight.

"No if you two will stop fighting for one moment and try to explain what the hell is going on, that would be great!" he shouted at the monsters.

Ninko Hazuchi

Ame - Suna - Konoha Border, Harvest Festival

Ninko tried to keep himself inconspicuous , wanting to be seen by as little people as possible. Today was a festival and had a gathering of farmers from all across the confederation. That meant there would be a need for shinobi guards to oversee that nothing went horribly wrong or to protect the innocent people from an attack by the Red Sages. Ninko was prepared to take whatever measures he had to bring them down in case they attacked. His attention was drawn to the flare that was launched up into the air and he had his right hand firmly grasped at his sword.

He reacted almost instantly when the militant Red Sages appeared and drew his sword. Ninko wasted no time in joining in the battle and quickly cut down a Red Sage by beheading him. He quickly jumped up onto the top of a festival tent to get a better look at what was going on and get a quick survey of the battlefield. Ninko heard one of his follow shinobi shout about protecting the civilians and even though he wanted to engage with more of the rebels, Ninko chose to go and assist the farmers and other attendants at the festival.

Using his incredible speed he weaved in and out though the chaos slashing out at any enemy ninja that either got in his way or was on the verge of striking down a confederate shinobi. Once he made his way to some civilians he quickly escorted them away from the fighting and to safety. That's when Kanata used the hidden mist technique and the battlefield became covered in mist. Ninko cursed as he watched mist obscure his vision of what was going in that mass of chaos. His mind was in overdrive as he thought of what to do next. With the civilians that he had escorted now out of harms way, Ninko would have to do something.

Even though many disagreed with his decisions, he chose to wait until the mist cleared and get a look on the situation. He wasn't too worried about the confederate forces since they had an uchiha and Hyuga on their side and if the legends of the two clans were true then they would be more than a match for a bunch of rebels. He wanted to go in, but he would have to wait until the mist was clear so that he could have more accuracy. An idea then popped into his head and Ninko decided that maybe it would be best to try and blend in with the Red Sages and gain valuable information about the group.

He quickly removed any symbols of the confederation that he had on his clothing and then put on a cloak that he found abandoned by a civilian. His mind thought up a story to tell the sages of his defection from the confederation and his desire to live life free of the system. He would be a skilled ninja unaffiliated with neither organization. Ninko sheathed his sword and continued to check around the battlefield to see if any civilians were injured or need rescuing, he didn't want to engage in combat for the risk of ruining his plan.

"I pray that this plan works because I'll be going into enemy territory" he said quietly to himself.

Bad time to mention I was working on a Damian Wayne sheet then.

I'm getting annoyed at the Damian hate
Damian is the best. He's Jason, but better in my opinion.
I'm still working on this CS

wow yikes

... As much as I would love to leave it at that, I can't. First of all, when I say "women aren't as safe as men on the streets", I'm less referring to violent crime and moreso to over-all safety. But, since you want to talk about violent crime rates, according to Statistics Canada (my country of origin and thus the place I checked on instinct; your mileage may vary assuming you're American), violent crime victims are essentially equal gender-wise on a national scale, with females being 51% of victims. You do raise a valid point in that men are victims of homicide and assault more, but sexual assault cases are overwhelmingly women. Not sure about you, but I really don't worry about just ~randomly being murdered~, and as a male, I worry less about being sexually assaulted than most women. I feel safer (and probably am) in general on the streets than a large percentage of women in my country. Additionally, many types of organized crime are dominated by men. I'm just guessing, but that probably has something to do with the rates of homicide targeting men.

As for "men not needing feminism", yeah, you're right. I don't need it, seeing as I'm not female. But you know what? I feel like being a decent human being, and supporting the issues that women actually have that we don't is, in my honest opinion, part of that. We also need to get rid of the issues men have too, such as the particularly toxic parts of masculinity (and as a gay male, let me tell you, there's a number of 'em) and the previously mentioned disgusting custody bias, among other things.

Male chauvinism is here today all because of masculinism. See how easy it is to blame a rights movement for something? B)

I'm American so things are different here. Also Canada has some pretty f'd up laws and has one of the worst feminist cultures in the west
@Senyou're delusional if you think men are safer on the streets. Men get murdered more and experience violent crimes far more. Stop listening to that feminist news crap. Men don't need feminism, what men need is MRA and egalitarianism, not some female worshipping ideology that promotes professional victimhood.

Female chauvinism is here today all because of feminism
@TheUnknowable st William is also fighting the techno-zombies.
