Here's my second character

Ozuko is about six feet tall and is of average build. He's has your basic athetic body for a shinobi, but his specialization in ninjutsu doesn't make him train as hard to develop muscle.

【Personality】
 Ozuko is very tenacious and has a never give up personality. He can have a short temper and has on a few occasions gotten into trouble with his outbursts of anger. Despite these flaws, Ozuko is a very loyal friend and comrade, he would rather die then abandon his allies in a mission and he doesn't fear death. When he fights he doesn't fight to really defeat others, but tries to defeat himself in order to get stronger. Socially Ozuko can be rather friendly to those that he likes and will stick up for those he calls friends.

As a teammate he will work with others to get the best out of a team, but Ozuko can sometimes be selfish and rash in his rush to try and prove himself. Ozuko also views his clan and their bloodline technique as being superior to all others and will boast about it, especially to the Uchiha and the Hyuga clan members. His ninja way is the idea of pushing oneself to their limits and breaking through them to get stronger and fight for what they believe in.

After his defection to the Red Sages, Ozuko's personality changed a bit and he became more weary of potential enemies. With the death of his mother and father, he now views the confederation as a bad system that he will oppose and brought down.

【History】
The Matabi clan was one of the greatest ninja clans of Amegakure and their Gravity Release techniques became known throughout the great shinobi nations. But beneath the legend there was turmoil between the village and the clan. The Matabi wanted Amegakure to advance and grow in strength to become a great nation, but the government decided on keeping a more neutral stance and refused to expand. This caused some bad blood between the ambitious Matabi and the rest of the village.

It was during this time of an uneasy relation with the village that Ozuko was born and his childhood started in this division of clan and village. He could feel the tension, but he didn't let it get in the way of his dream to be a great Rain shinobi and he began to train hard to try and learn his family's bloodline technique. At first he didn't seem to show too much promise and was considered about average in ninja skill, but he didn't let it get him down.

And so Ozuko kept at it and wouldn't let his results keep him from improving his shinobi skills. When he was nine years old his training was paying off and he starting to show more promise, but that is also when relations between his clan and Amegakure worsened and finally his clan decided that they would leave the village and immigrate to Konoha. Ozuko was shocked at the news and didn't want to leave his home, but he had no choice.

When they got to Konoha they were at first treated as outsiders and viewed as a weaker clan compared to the Uchiha and Hyuga. Ozuko was determined to show them that he was great ninja and began to train even harder to obtain his dream. At age 10 he was enrolled in the Shinobi Academy and he tried to do his best at trying to graduate with flying colors. While he did manage to graduate with above average grades, they weren't the excellent grades of some of the other students. Ozuko was slightly disheartened by that, but he swore to himself that he would do better in the Chunin exams.

As he had sworn to do, Ozuko did do better in the chunin exams and his impression with Konoha elite saw eventually graduate to the rank chunin. As chunin his missions for the confederation were mostly against taking down rebels and those unwilling to submit to their authority. This never really sat right with Ozuko, but he followed their orders and little did he know that his clan was possibly planning a breakaway from the government. Unknown to Ozuko, his father and mother and the head members of his clan discussed the possibility of breaking away from the confederation since as the years went on they saw themselves disagreeing more and more with the confederations policies. It wasn't until he was had become a jonin that his parents filled him on their plans and Ozuko became conflicted.

He had grown loyal to Konoha, but he too had problems with the confederation. He wasn't sure of what to do, but his mind would be set when spies had caught wind of his clan's plans and the confederation attacked. They killed his parents and several of the elders and imprisoned the other conspirators. His clan was then disbanded and Ozuko barely managed to escape with his life. Now a rebel he quickly went in search of the Red Sages in the hopes of joining them and fighting the confederation. Now a member of the rebels Ozuko seeks to bring justice to his parents and clan.

【Family ties】
Before they were murdered, Ozuko had a good relationship with his parents and clan. He was loyal and was proud to call himself their son. Now with his mother and father dead, Ozuko still prides his heritage and hopes to one day reform the clan.

【Dreams and fears】
 Ozuko fears that he will fail in his quest to bring down the confederation and bring back his clan. His dreams are to once again ignite the age old glory of the Metabi clan.

【Fighting style】
Ozuko is extremely skilled in the arts of Ninjutsu and fairly good at taijutsu, but his ability to use and understand Genjutsu is very limited and is his main weakness. He is very quick on his feet and uses agility over brute strength.

Description:
Gravity Release allows the user to manipulate the forces of gravity through the use of their chakra allowing them to use ninjutsu techniques based around the manipulation of gravity.
Strengths:
With Gravity Release Ozuko is able to create effects such as lowering and increasing the gravity of objects and people through the use of placing seals on them. This bloodline technique can also change the flow of gravity to repel objects away from him, or draw things to him. He can also perform techniques that create attacks of concentrated gravity and even create spheres that can have a powerful gravitational pull.
Weaknesses:
This bloodline technique requires concentration and focus to be most effective and speed can be a main weakness when it comes to defense. It's offensive is excellent, but it's defense is not perfect.

Gravity Release: Giant Crushing Ball
 Rank: B
 Range: short
Description: Ozuko creates a large ball of glowing green gravitational energy in his hands  and slams it into his opponent. The impact creates a massive amount of force and tries to crush its target. While this technique is powerful it is limited to short range and can be dodged by merely being faster than Ozuko.  It also uses up a good amount of chakra to perform and he can only maintain the technique for a maximum of a minute.

 Description: Ozuko places a seal on an object or person and he is able to then manipulate the gravity of the target for a variety of different effects. This technique however requires concentration and good focus and the bigger the object he manipulates the more chakra is required.

Gravity Release: Wall of Force
 Rank: B
Range: short
 Description: Ozuko shoved outs his palm and then releases a wave of gravity which hits anything within six feet of him with a large amount of force. This technique is used by him as more defensive measure and is able to defend against weapons and ninjutsu attacks. This move also uses up a large amount of chakra if used too much and it only defends him from the direction that his palm is facing. If he is speed blitzed or attacked from behind then he is vulnerable to their attacks.

 Description: Ozuko alters the gravity of his body and by changing its flow he is able to fly at very fast speeds, he can also use it to levitate around in the air.This doesn’t protect him from suffocating at high altitudes and it requires chakra to maintain this technique and the longer he uses the more chakra he has to use up.

 Gravity Release: Destroyer Ball

 Description: Ozuko creates a glowing green ball of energy and fires it out of his hands. When it hits an object then it creates an extremely powerblast of energy than can blast apart metal. This technique is a one shot at a time attack and a single use of it requires an incredible amount of chakra and only used in situations where Ozuko finds it necessary.

 JGravity Release: Crushing Impact

 Range: short
 Description: Ozuko increases his body’s weight while he’s in the air and comes down on his opponent with an insane amount of force in an attempt to crush. The weight of his body can well over a hundred tons. This technique does require great amounts of chakras to pull off and it will only last for about fifteen seconds. It also requires him to make physical contact with his enemy for it to be effective.

 Description: Ozuko extends his hand towards his opponent and they are pulled towards him forcibly with a great amount of force. This technique works best on a single target and requires focus to make it work at its best, also it can use up a lot of chakra if used carelessly.

 Description: Ozuko shoves out his palm and unleashes a huge blast of gravitational energy that blows away anything in its path. In a wooded area it will knock down dozens of trees and hit with the force of a mighty hurricane. This technique however costs a great amount of chakra to perform and it can be best countered by a extremely powerful earth technique. 

 Gravity Release: Crushing Ball

 Description: Ozuko creates a small glowing green ball in his hand and when he hits an enemy with it, it creates enough force to send them flying and cause a good deal of pain. This technique has no long distance capability and he can only hold for one minutes before it disappears and he must focus to keep it from vanishing.

Finn felt his adrenaline boiling as he hacked away at the zombies and his attention was brought to Kid and Dr Light. The two of them appeared to have combined their efforts. He moved closer to them deciding that staying closer together would increase their chances for success. St William had to slice his way through several techno-zombies to get to his teammates. He performed a sweeping motion with his blade and slew three of Brainiac's minions in one swing by beheading them.

What William found surprising was seeing Flash take off Cyborg's head with a high-speed blow. He had thought that the Scarlet Speedster would not do such a thing to a former comrade. Maybe it was because in the end there was no real hope for freeing their fallen teammates and they would have to destroy them. He then saw that the enslaved league member's head begin it's process to try and reattach itself to its body. St William wondered if it would be a smart move to put down Cyborg before he caused any more trouble. His thoughts were interrupted by Flash telling them that he was going to create a path for them to keep moving and help find more survivors. He didn't like the idea of having to get out of here if it meant they would no longer be able to fight against these mechanical monstrosities.

"I think that all of us should stick together since we now don't have a means of an instant getaway. Also someone needs to get Raven out of harms way so that she doesn't become a slave to these mechanical demons" he said to the three of them as he bisected a techno-zombie coming right at him. These horrible creatures didn't seem like much of a challenge and St William wondered how the other team was doing with those towers. Surely this wasn't the extent of Brainiac's power, it didn't even seem like much of a challenge for the power of the Justice League and it made him wonder just the villain was able to gain control of Superman and the others if these things were so easily repelled.

"If this is the full power of Brainiac then I wonder how he could have enslaved so many metahumans, he doesn't seem like much pf a threat" William said to them curious to hear their impute into this whole idea.
