Mars thought about what the others said about training at the place known as the lookout and after a little while of thinking he decided to follow them and see if he could get his training to make him more powerful. He took off into the air to join the others and a neutral face he addressed them.
"I shall accompany you and I wish to get stronger as well, my god tells me that this is the way my path shall go. I must be stronger to fight evil and see Lord Bael defeat the darkness" he said to Soi and the others.

Superhuman Reaction time: Ziak's reaction reaction time is quick enough for him see his opponents movements and anticipate what they will do in combat, but it is not perfect and he can be fooled by high speed opponents.
Enhanced Durability: Ziak is ten times for durable than an Olympic athlete
Weakness: Aside from his chain and durability Ziak is just vulnerable as a human. when separated from the chain Ziak loses his powers after a couple of minute. The chain can be broken by pure silver weapons, but it will reform after a few hours.
Skill(s): combat specialist, perceptive and good at tracking.

History: Ziak comes from a dimension where animals are the dominant species of the planet and Ziak spent his early childhood living as your average kid, but one day a chain of magical properties fell from the sky near his home. Ziak felt an irresistible desire to pick up the chain and so he did and was immediately transported from his world and to earth where heroes such as Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman live. Upon arriving he was confused and scared and got into conflict with the law. That's where he ran into Wonder Woman and the super heroine. The hero offered to help Ziak and provide him with training. Ziak found that the chain had granted him great powers and he took on the name Wonder Weasel. Wonder Woman then decided to introduce him to the Teen Titans so that he could get a chance to socialize with human kids his age.

Ill make a different character then. Just so you know this character was used in a teen titans rp and it was accepted and the rp was casual
@olcharlieboi again where did I list him having those powers? His knowledge is only about stuff that's official canon and not canon to the rp. He would use his knowledge to make fanboy jokes

Frankly Kitty is right there man, if you read wizard's comments from earlier 'He can do everything a kyptonian can do.. and even then, he can do more' a Kyptonian is insanely powerful to start with, especially compared to all the other characters, then your character can do even more than that (even if he doesn't have it yet he would eventually), just makings of an insanely powerful character.
With Tales' it's probably bit of the fact it's a fifth dimensional Imp, even if his portraying it as not being that powerful, it's been shown many times the imps can be so powerful they can break all reality and there for would become to strong, that and his pretty much 3-4 characters in one, and he'll know all inside information about every single character so that to is to much.
Your logic is flawed in many ways. Beast boy is super op if you go by that logic and so is raven. Being a fifth dimensional imp doesn't make any difference if his powers aren't at those levels. I fail to see how you and WizardGirl have any points
