Actually, you're forgetting the JLU episode where he's saved by Huntress from the Cadmus facility.
EDIT: Well, Huntress and Superman, but Huntress was the one who actually got him out while Superman was too busy fighting Captain Atom.
It is a tool of the matriachy for the Question to be saved by Huntress. That episode is oppressive lol
