Grijs: Contact me via PM for the details, but your sheet is pretty good.

ClocktowerEchos: Woah there budy, I like the format, but that's way too much people and equipment for the start, plus, you certainly won't control an entire settlement... and a train?!

No, you, my friend, will have to loot your arsenals first and capture a shipyard before you can say you have them, I'd be ok with you maybe having some soldiers just because most of the civilians who had to suffer at the hand of the army would probably be unhappy about it, so be sure the government (me) would exploit the shit out of that to ruin your life. Otherwise very good format and a detailed one, I like it.
And remember guys! The success of your IC actions are determined by me!
You have no idea how much I wanted that to be played. Yes, oh god so much yes.
International News

-Moves in the Great Game!
"...the Federation has announced that it is currently in tense negotiations with representatives of the Continental Union and Free States over the specifics of the 'Noravean Question'. Federation spokesperson Natalia Poklonskaya has already confirmed that some military actions will be needed to solve the crisis but political experts are hesitant to say what actions will be undertaken..." The nations of the Free World have already anounced their determination on ending the strife in Noravea and no one is even considering the possibility of a diplomatic solution anymore save for a few Kingdoms and Dominion statesmen through a last minute deal of Lord Penwood. The form and shape of the 'Or Else' in the ultimatum however is slow to take place.

-International Aid waiting!
Gray continues to refuse the aid of help workers, pretending that it is a trick to smuggle illegal goods, especially ammunitions and weapons in the country. In Crosswater, Northland and Morcoa, Laurentia, aid personal and supplies are massing next to the military ones. On the Laurentian border, doctors without border are moving in Unterberg to help the refugees due to how porous the border has become while on the Northlander border, a significant increase of medical goods available on the black market of Aiona is reported, causing a much needed price drop across the country.

-Wilhelmsland calls on the ethnic Losnians!
"Join me and you shall never starve or be oppressed again!" Physically, that this traduces itself is in Oberhof getting a record amount of weapons of all types, especially assault rifles and rocket launchers through the border, completely crashing the prices as the army struggles to find and destroy all the equipment, managing to find roughly 70% of them but still allowing a massive amount through their net.

National News

-Four weeks of Janus!
Janus has gotten what he wanted, a contingent of snipers from the Oakdale Ranger Academy and they are being deployed in Varisso. Anyone is fair game and the bastards are known for their use of land mines to cover their back while they gun down innocents. Expect even more heavy attrition from operating in this area for now on.

-Disappearances!
A rise in disappearances has been noted first around Aiona but now increases across the country, international watchmen suspect human slave trade as just another despicable activities going on in Aiona. Young and healthy people are of course prioritized, but even the elderly are vulnerable to being ransomed to their families in exchange for valuables.

-The Aristocrat in Concordia hardly stressed!
"We are all reasonable gentlemen here..." Lord Penwood seen waiting with his bodyguards all day long in the yard of the GBU embassy, ordering tea from a coffee shop across the embassy 'encouraging the local economy through his generous patronage' as he still awaits someone to negotiate with to be dispatched to him. His presence gives hope that there is still a possibility of a de-escalation, although some wonder if he's looking to make last minute deals with other people than the government.

Local News

-The Arsenal over capacity! SOUTHWICH, EASTWOOD
-With the recent influx of Wilhelmslander weapons and ammunition to arm rebels, captured goods have been sent to the Southwich arsenal, the courtyard of the old Cathedral now being filled as well. The number of guards have increased accordingly, but they complained about a lack of search lights for night surveillance, and have filled an order to Concordia asking for such.

-Trucks for guns, trucks for food! VARISSO, POMORUM
The Varisso's People Liberation Army (VPLA), the most active liberator group of the country, still holds control of the automotive factory, a dent in the front that Janus uses to mow down as many people as he can, and they have now decided to provide trucks for anyone who can provide much needed supplies.

-Everything is normal, glory to Noravea! CONCORDIA
In Concordia, food from Vandalia sees its price artificially controlled to more affordable levels even if it bankrupts those selling it as the Red Guard watches vigilantly for trouble maker. Everything is fine. Everything.

-Another Party! TIVARFELL, CONCORDIA
Florence Gray is to hold another of her exquisite diner party with everyone who's someone invited. No one knows of her husband will be present but General Janus, Manik and Vladiclaw have already declined with all the governors but Sejic accepting (Sejic told she wasn't invited in the first place!).

-An offer for peace! KINDALE, KINGSLAND
Governor Belgrass sent an offer to the unions of the city from a civilian representative with a white flag. His offer is 16h work weeks for all the workers to reopen the prints for a slow production, insisting that there is currently no more work and that even this is something he had to rip from Gray himself. He understands the situation is difficult but emphasis it will provide basic needs for their families.

-Gunship Island! EASTPORT, EASTWOOD
One more ship has been ordered to be built, one with no engines which is to be towed outside of the port to be anchored there, 'To defend the homeland', but no doubt from its own people as this would provide an excellent way to rain down hell on rebellious parts of the town.

-Makeshift heliport! KIRHALL, SYLVANIA
The soldiers in the town hardly leave it now, knowing that they've lost the control of the woods. They have hired the lumberjacks of the town, always looking for work, to cut swats of wood right outside the town to provide a workable flat ground to be used by helicopters and also a firing zone to shot at approaching enemies.

-Waste depot? KELDMOOR, POMORUM
The engineers stationed in the town are getting nervous as they've forbidden anyone from approaching the dam and have begun to stock up on stinky and no doubt highly toxic industrial wastes from the region. It is extremely suspicious that some of General Janus's personal troops along with one of his most trusted Majors have arrived and are held up in the dam as well.

-Air raids! UNTERBURG, AVALONIA
The few shoulder anti-air missiles provided by the Laurentians do little against fighter jets, their domain of expertise being taking down helicopters. The regime has begun bombing buildings with heavy collateral damages, uncaring about the presence of media across the border. Still, another thing across the border is helping: While unwilling to go pass the border with fighters of their own to protect the city, Laurentia has set up air warning sirens right next to the city, using their own radars to warn from incoming strikes. Another thing is quite unsettling for the royalists however: The strikes are targeted. Somewhere among the refugees there are spies giving out information about where they are holding up.
I'd have to refuse, mainly because I have enough things to keep tracks of as it is lol. Although if your faction is as extremist as to wish to change the conception of time itself, then by all means.
You can try to grow there but these spies know very little locals and you don't have the reputation to get people to join up, so expect little success. At the moment they are eyes and ears in the capital able to inform you of what's going on in it, they could try an act of sabotage or an assassination, but it would probably force them underground for a long time, with how active the army is there.
Durandal: Baron? Something to do with the royalty then? Interesting. I like the sheet overall, good work.

Pripovednik: I'll have to see more to form an opinion right now.

Serp: Doing an overkill as always. Revolutionaries incoming! Beware Gowia for there is another left leaning faction in town.

I'll be posting an IC opening soon.

Accepted people who may move their FS in the Sheet bin are:
-Serpentine
-Durandal
-Monkeypants
-Gowia (Also, please note that not everyone will have a weapon as of yet for such a numerous faction)
-Say Anything (Please consult with Voltus. Until something clear is established, I'll assume the south is of the Losnian ethnicity and Awliyan faith.)
-The Nexerus
-Voltus_Ventus (Please consult with Say Anything. Until something clear is established, I'll assume the south is of the Losnian ethnicity and Awliyan faith.)
-Augmented
-Lone Wanderer
-Sovi3t

A lot of these sheets could still use some work though, but you guys may post IC once it begins.
Soviet: Much better. A note though, remember this is the 90's in an underdeveloped country, don't expect hacking to be the most powerful tool of your inventory.

Augmented: Looks fine to me.

Nexerus: Love it! Especially the methods of operation. Very good.

Say Anything: Good, very good, but I'd urge you to contact Voltus_Ventus since he heads a nationalist rebellion movement in your region, work things out.

Monkeypants: I think the format of the sheet could use more paragraphs, but otherwise good. Also, remember that this is the 90's, internet isn't as important here and as the Game Master, I reserve myself the right to tell that comes in and out of the country in terms of resources.

Gowia: I like it, maybe provide more details on leadership? As I said, anyone in this game can die, even named characters, so I suggest providing at least a second to take over if Joseph buys the farm.

Soviet: You don't begin as a 'town as a whole', you'll have to fight to get that first town! Also, be more specific about that 'unknown outsider source'. I can hardly have this bite you in the back if I don't know who it is that supports you. Unless you mean even your guys don't know, in which case it could be fun. And finally, don't forget that 'old insurgents' begin with significantly less manpower than others, you'll have to recruit it first.

Caliban: If your faction is made out of soldiers you won't have international support, yet, or partisan support. Although you'd have better equipment (See Lone Wanderer's sheet)

Lone Wanderer: Some history for the leaders and the faction would be nice but otherwise good.

Augmented: Oh, union boss, I like it. But like Caliban, I'd like you to remove the foreign support bit, it'll come in time but only well implanted small groups that have been there for a while have this at the start.

Voltus_Ventus: Looks good, although despite being terrorists your group seems to have a lot of populist elements. You could upgrade your numbers a bit or maybe have international support (I could see wilhelmsland supplying you despite not wanting an independent Losnia, because they don't think you stand a chance but can still annoy and distract Gray.)
People of:

The Regime

The Sovereign Nation of Noravea

-Crimson Gray: A despot and a bright one for staying in power for as long as he did. He has survived more assassination attempt than any other man and probably sponsored more than any others as well, he is a competent general and charismatic statesman that is reputed to be impossible to phase out. Where any other man would fall under the pressure, he remains cold and focused.

-Florence GrayWhere Crimson is seen as brutal and savage, his wife is seen as decadent and uncaring. Even now she organizes state dinners for the powerful people of the regime and is seen as the symbol of the misuse of resources in the country with her crass use of money to buy luxuries.

-General Janus: The governor of Aiona and now of Pomorum. He controls most of the black market industry of the region insuring that the illegal trade that fuels the rebellions actually profit the regime (or rather, profit him.). With Gray putting his focus on international affairs he is left with more leeway to destroy the rebellion nests a thing he does with gruesome efficiency, using fear and terror to keep the population down.

-General Manik: Military governor of Vesperia and commander of the ranger's Academy of Oakdale, he is a specialist of counter insurgency and counter terrorism operations, however at the moment his entire attention is focused on the fortification of the Northlander and Cartanian borders. He's a military man who doesn't want the population in his way because he doesn't know how to deal with them. As such, his rule is generally an uncaring one followed by heavy crackdown when trouble is stirred.

-Governor Dick Gray: The brother of Crimson Gray and the governor of Vandalia. He is known to use the tax money for his own end but otherwise maintains the peace and isn't one to be arbitrary with justice. Still, his older brother's reputation get to him.

-Victor Malkovic: Head of the Secret Police, a vicious organization conducting sting operations to capture rebels and torture them out of information to bring down the more dangerous factions, he administrates the Foxcaster prison from Concordia.

-General Vladiclaw: Currently preparing the defense on the Wilhelmslandian front, he 'supervises' the governors of Eastwood, Southmarch and Taralba. What he prefers is to keep his soldiers under control and as such paints a 'Us vs them' portrait with the local population to keep the soldiers prepared and under control, portraying the Losnians as sub-human scum.

-Governor Belgrass: Governor of Kingsland, he is hated and vilified as since he came to power, none of his initiatives resulted in anything but huge wastes of time and resources. He tries to go and make public speeches to calm people down, but he generally gets stones thrown at him. Still, people from Concordia would remember him differently back when he was the appointed Mayor. He wasn't that bad, even good in fact at his job.

-Governor Sejic: Governor of Bretonia, one of the very rare female in a position of power. Some think she must be very special to Gray in some way to have this position although she has proven to be a decent governor, although that was probably because of all the funds thrown her way. Little is known about her otherwise.

-Governor Nuncio: The governor of Pleuria, this crook makes sure that the oil and the money keeps on flowing south, he is libertarian that believes that the free market should rule in everything, which insures that his wages allow only the most basic of living and even then, he tells his employees to watch out, because others would be willing to do their job for less any day. Likewise he takes great care to bust unions, first with strike breakers and then with the police if the unions get violent.

Northland

The Enduring Kingdom of Northland

Cartania

The Democratic Republic of Cartania

Laurentia

The Federal Republic of Laurentia

-Colonel von Guno: The person in charge of a little group tasked with solving the 'Noraven domestic problem', treating it as somewhat trivial. She's there to explore the more... indirect solutions.

Wilhelmsland

The Free State of Wilhelmsland

PEACEFOR

The Allied Nations
Important members
-The Free States
-The Kingdoms
-The Federation
-The Continental Union
-The Dominion

-Lord Penwood: The Kingdoms's senior diplomatic envoy and one of the only diplomat not to have left Noravea, he currently resides in the embassy. He'll probably be gone as soon as the war starts but right now... his office is sovereign territory of the Kingdoms and anyone who enters is free of Gray's laws.

-A man from the Office: A polite gentleman with only the good of the world in mind.
