I had mongol in mind I'll admit.
I was thinking of making Helgland raider since I'd assume introduction to raiding would begin at quite a young age, so I'd have imagined her to already have some form of martial ability but be extremely lacking in the culture and science department. That ok?
Good, good. I think only questions I have now would be, what's the age range of the academy & how long ago was the peace made?

I hope you don't mind if I do take it as an insult that something that was professionally diagnosed and that I was bullied for for over ten years is apparently just something I came up with based on a bit of internet reading. But yeah, the concept of "Dragon Blood" on its own violates canon on so many levels it isn't even funny, and that's before we get into the idea that there is conveniently a humanoid dragon in the upper reaches of her family tree.

I guess I should have expected for you to take it too personally. Well, not like I care, it's the internet after all. I realize that by saying this you'll probably be further insulted, but considering we don't seem to have a good chemistry you and I, I know I'm pretty much out of here anyways. Just so you know, you weren't the only one who had problems with who you were when you were a kid.

Still, I would just like to point out that Hagrid in the cannon has giant blood and this is told to give him some amount of spell resistance, so the concept isn't flawed in itself, magic resistance is a thing. As for dragon blood, of course the concept is ridiculous, outlandish, impossible even. That actually is the point. I am not saying it is the truth, in fact, I'll say it right now, the truth is probably much less glamorous than that and everyone can guess it is a big lie, but it would still be a family value, heirloom, legend. I won't go further into detail since your idea is already set in stone and since you dislike me due to my earlier faux pas I know you won't change your mind.

Also,Sue-ism isn't just found in characters who are overly perfect. It also occurs in characters where the author has gone too far to try and make them "special" or "unique".

Which is a matter of opinion, again, I won't bother trying to change your mind, plenty of other RPs around.

Well, glad I warned you there were other interested and I bothered to contact you, if only to be rebuked and suffer from your angst, again, sorry but I find no other way to describe you taking a comment on the internet that did not aim to be offensive as offensive. Have fun guys!

It... does not work like that. Not at all. I know this, because 1) I tend to obsessively research mental conditions whenever I encounter a new one, and 2) it was written on about half a dozen of my school records. :|The character's making me uncomfortable just looking at it....

I'd honestly ask for sources, and from my experience schools tend to add ridiculous amount of things to your records, I know, apparently I have it too, but I doubt that.

Raineh Daze said but HP dragons aren't that intelligent and don't have shapeshifting powers.

Which is why it is even more ridiculous to possibly think this story is true!

But this is my last counter arguments, I don't want this to become unpleasant, soooo if it's still not good, I'll make something else.

Whoops, this kinda fell off my radar. >.<"Veronika's grandfather knew well of the house dynamics and what traits determined with which house they went, so while he had hopped for Slytherin, he had expected Ravenclaw for Veronika in truth, always obedient, studious and with what muggles called 'Autism Asperger'. " Speaking as someone with AS, I am calling time on that right now. And this is before I get into the whole "part dragon" thing.Roxy: Looking good.

Somehow I keep hearing that (That people have AS), but somehow, I keep doubting that internet experts have read the international journal of medicine. I don't mean this as an insult btw. Anyways, this can take many forms and has several degrees of severity. What I was thinking of in this particular situation was of course mild (As more extreme versions would make a character unplayable on a social setting.) So, while on one side said character has trouble looking at people in the eyes and sometimes even just responding when she is in the spotlight, it is something that can be overcome, given time, and it gives her the ability to calculate pie to the x digit in her head. Still, this genius is methematic and related to logic, not to creativity.

As for dragon blood it's a prestige thing. Who knows, this could be they have troll blood or Giant blood but pretend (Or don't even know otherwise), that it's dragon blood. It may just be a genetic deflect from having married too much cousins, at this day and age I'd expect every single other character to doubt about the truth of this legend and everyone that has knowledge about dragons would say that it's psychologically impossible for dragons to have feelings for humans, that Russian dragons, if they ever existed, are instinct since at least the middle ages and that it's not physically possible to bare the child of a dragon. I made a character that is not a sue, but is presured into being one, but failing at it.

Ultimately:
She's intelligent, but fails to achieve things that are out of the purely academic matters.
She's expected to be a leader but hates the spotlight
She's expected to live up to the legacy of having 'Dragon blood', but even she doubts about the veracity of this while I'd expect much of the school to actually laugh at this notion.
And of course, she's pure blood but has to live with the genetic bagage of such a thing, which is even worst than others.

If you wish I'll change the character (Or I dunno, leave if I don't find any idea quickly), but, I don't think this character is so non-sensistical or eyeroll worthy as you make it to be.
Preference toward which char I should play or should I do both?

Also, need I edit away my idea about how our lovely oppressor in chief would be?
Ideas:

MLP The Faithful Students
Before Luna was banished to the moon, both she and her older sister had a personal student, people like starswirl destined to greatness and also people Celestia and Luna tried to prepare to take on the mantle of alicornhood. While the objective was the same, it still was ultimately a competition between the two. So yeah, some or years depending on how we scale things before Luna went batshit insane, the new students roll in to first face challenges like Sumbra, changelings, discord and eventually each other. I did this formula previously and we established, for fun, that it was best for one person to play Luna's student and Celestia while the other did Celestia's student and Luna. I'm particularly fond of playing Luna I'll admit.

Mass Effect
1: Mercs in the terminus system that disobeyed Omega's first and only rule.
2: Group of do-everything corporate or secret government soldiers & scientists that was charged with recovering pieces of reaper tech around the galaxy but have a run in with the Leviatans, now, they know too much while they themselves barely understand it all.
3: Pre-reaper war explorers that explored an unknown sector of the galaxy, unknowingly stepping on reaper leftovers of the last cycle.

How to train your dragon
Little did Hickup know, that damn huge dragon acted like a king for them and while a king is demanding, a king organizes and protects its vassals and subjects. Without it, the dragon population began to separate itself, be disorganized and fade away. Decades after this the village that domesticated the beasts is a legend and the dragons are extremely rare, but this isn't what's worst. Viking culture is disapearing, or rather is being wiped away. Crusades from the so called civilized lands, missionaries converting the population to their singular god, the vikings are in need of a ruler. I'm saying either a dragon and its rider or two friends that go on the adventure together. Saviors of the realm while being hilariously evil barbarians burning rome to the ground for the southerners. I say we can do it like the MLP thing, one playing a character and the other playing our partner's dragon.

Cafe owner's daughter is spoken for -- I know I'm supposed to be fair and let people compete, but Noxious and I already brainstormed in that direction.

Noted and edited.
I'll drop my interest, but I'll see more details before I say I'm officially in.
