The girl shook her head as she jogged over to the Heretic. He was going to be difficult the entire time wasn't he? She sighed softly as she opened the window curtain a bit, glancing outside. "This wall is facing the play ground just outside the school building." Her eyes rolled as she opened the door to go down the stairs.
Elza's gray eyes turned blue as she placed her palm up, freezing the monster from doing anything else to the boy. "I understand more than you think. I was taken from my family when I was 5 because of my powers. I am the most powerful ice fae seen for the first time this century." She took a deep breath and sighed. "They put me through experiment to get my body to resist heat. They put me through experiments to use my ice power as a weapon against enemies. They pushed it too far." Her eyes returned back to their normal gray. "So don't tell me that I don't understand." She mocked back a bit as she put her gloves back on and flipped up her hood, leaving the the room.
The girl flinched with a bit a fear when the door flew off its hinges. "If you want to be like those murderous assholes than be my guest. I'm going the way that won't tarnish my consciousness for the how many ever years I'll live." She said with a bit of hot temper behind it, her gray eyes flashing an ice blue. "Do you really want to be like them? Look, I understand that you want revenge but don't you want to save that energy for someone even higher up. These people are replaceable, but someone with permanent power is not." Snow flakes started to fall from the girl's fingers, if she didn't calm down on the inside soon, the snow would become ice.
The girl took the boy's hand hesitantly as he helped her out of the vent. "I would appreciate it if you wouldn't read my mind, please." She murmured softly as she flipped to the page with the map of the building. "If we go down a couple hallways, we would reach a fire escape that is against the back wall. The back wall has been unstable for a while, and I managed to hide a hole with some snow to cover it." The timid little thing explained quietly, paranoid about how many more guards could be on the way.
The girl shivered feeling something moving in her head, causing fear to envelope her as she shook her head no. She took off her right glove and wrote on the floor. 'Trying to escape, heard screams, got curious.' the girl wrote, her gray eyes blinking up at the Heretic. She slowly took off her other glove to prepare if he decided to shoot at her.
The girl gasped softly as she watched what was unfolding informer of her eyes. It was the Heretic, it had too be. Those guards just melted before her very eyes as no more seemed to try the chance of trying to stop him. The girl closed her eyes for a moment, thinking that he, the Keretic, was gone when she opened the vent and slowly climbed out. Curiosity killed the cat. kept on repeating in her mind as she studied the room before seeing a shadow like figure standing in the light of the hallway that was pouring into the room.
The girl whimpered softly as she felt the shock of whatever was coming from a boy screaming. She crawled closer to the source of such great power. Peering over the edge of the vent cover, she spotted a limp body of a fat man and the convulsing body of a cyborg-guard. The girl found it odd that another set of guards cautiously walked into the room. They usually were so confident and quick, she should know they took her to experiments everyday for the past how many ever years.
The girl crawled underneath a coffee table to catch her breath, to hide from the running guards as well. Where are they going? She thought as she waited for a bit before crawling out from her hiding spot. She saw a map for a fire escape plan and quickly jotted it down in her journal before taking off to a fire escape exit. She was going down the last hallway when she heard several screams off pain and agony, going against her better judgement, the girl stayed but she ducked into the vents to figure out what was causing such chaos.
A girl sat alone in her freezing cold room, but it didn't bother her. She had gotten used to everything she touched either covering or turning into ice, and she wouldn't have it any other way. Being a practical mute had its advantages, the ability to freeze the lock on her door was one of them. She had to wait though during the time the guards switched shifts was perfect because they would either be too hungry and tired to care, or full and sluggish to be alert. The girl laid still on her bed, waiting for the guard to peek through the square hole cut in the door. When the guard had passed, she quickly put the dummy she made in her bed and grabbed her book bag filled with a journal, a couple boxes of granola bars, and a few water bottles. She zipped her hoodie underneath her winter coat, preparing for the outside weather, and put on her gloves that kept things from freezing. The brave young lady took a deep breath as she gently breathed on the lock before breaking it, and dashing into the dark hallway. The girl didn't know where she was going, all she knew was that she was getting out of this horrible place.
Sounds good to me!
