I will okay it with the following limitations
May be unable to tap into history of other universes.
May be unable to perceive contents from parallel universe. Enyo is covered under this.

She wants to be able to use it on anyone or thing at any and all times. No power should be able to read things as well as a person's history. That would give her the power to change your character's past on a whim. That in turn let's Retro write the present and the future.
Where does the power to "read" and how is she doing it? Magic is not allowed and neither are certain telepathic powers. This needs limits on it.

Looking at your retro power I see a problem. Inanimate objects? I thought for some reason you were reading minds of living beings and I was starting to realize how much godmodding power that would give you.
There has to be limits on Retro's ability and it can't just be on anything. It has to be a living being and when I said certain things are not allowed I meant it. Gods and Goddesses can't be read. It also can not get past a mind shield.
The other problem is what is how does she read static? That doesn't make sense to me at all. It's minds or visions of the past but there is no power that will allow all of that.

Shiver looked at him like he was crazy. "Fuck you spaceboy with no heart! You just broke your pregnant sister's heart on purpose and called me shitty in the space of ten minutes. Sigma deserves to be in there and she isn't getting out. I'm sending her to the Agency for the larger prison. She is a traitor and that is the end of that. BTW her friend won't be getting her out anymore. Portals won't open any longer anywhere on the premisis." Shiver was about to put him on ice. She couldn't believe him.
"I couldn't wait til you came back, now I'm sorry that you did."
Wicked Frost appeared and held her hand out to Retro. "Hello Retro. Let's go. I'll show you around." She looked at Shiver and almost said something to her but looked at Omega instead. "Did you really do that to your sister?"
She stopped a moment, "You were such a kind and sweet boy. You loved your sister more than anything. You even defended her when Tia..." Wicked left the room quickly with Elliot in tow.

3pm Day 12
Jenna woke up to her cell phone. She had set it's alarm feature on a daily reminder so she would never forget to get to the kitchen to start dinner. She reached over and turned the alarm off and she was pulled tighter into Jon's arms. She giggled softly and she snuggled into him happily. After a few more minutes he was fully asleep again and she wiggled out of his arms and slipped her clothes on, kissed Jon on the lips softly and she headed down the stairs to the kitchen. When she got into the kitchen she found Nikki sitting at one of the cafeteria tables. She appeared to be a little tipsy to Jenna. "Nikki? What have you been drinking?" Nikki shook her head happily and said "Nope, I'm not telling. I do know that I should have ate first because now my head hurts. Probably dehydrated again." Nikki got up and walked in and got herself a large glass of water guzzling it down and then got a second one.
Jenna shook her head. She couldn't blame her. She could only imagine how hard it would have been to lose Jon. The weird part was that all of this craziness had happened in the last 12 days. Attachments meant a lot more now than they did before. Death was now a much larger player in their lives. This made people develop deeper relationships faster she decided. Jenna reached over and grabbed Nikki and gave her a hug.
"I'm sorry about Eric." She mumbled in her ear. Nikki's face said more than she did. "Why? You didn't kill him. Some idiot dog sitting the attack dogs blew his head off with a large gun. The others took him out after that." Nikki guzzled her water some more. "Don't apologize for things you didn't do Jenna. We knew that there was a chance, a good chance that we wouldn't all make it back. It was just his turn to go I guess." Jenna watched as Nikki left the kitchen with another apple.
Nikki went to the gym. She turned the music on and closed her eyes as she stepped into the large room. She began stretching and then went into a dance routine that would have made others weep in exhaustion. When she was finished she sat cross legged and lay backwards on the floor. She had heard her answer to Jenna but in her heart she felt it deeper than she was ready to show.
She got up and took her guy off and was left in a pair of short shorts and a tank top. She put another song on and thought of her mother. She went into a ballet routine that her mother had spent forever teaching her. Nikki didn't know there was anyone else in the gym with her. She hadn't looked to be honest. Her eyes were closed as she did her dance and she finished her energy off with some karate moves that would make her instructor's proud. When she was done she was out of breath and lay there with her eyes closed for a few minutes. When she got up she went to her room with her book until Jenna called over the PA for dinner.

Shiver
Shiver was sick of her job. She hated the stress of it and was seriously thinking of putting her mom back in charge of it all. When she got off the phone with the Agency's lawyers she dropped her head onto her desk. She felt someone walk into her office so she raised her head to see a blue haired girl with the prettiest violet eyes. Shiver remembered seeing her before, she was the newest recruit. Elliot she thought. Digging through her files she found it. "Ah hah!I was right." Shiver extended her hand to shake hers. "Hi Elliot I'm Shiver. I can already see that you are going to have your hands full with the guys. It's your eyes. They are gorgeous."
"You have some very interesting powers." Shiver said looking at the file as she grabbed her comlink and room key. Shiver thought about that for a moment and said into her mom's head, Mom you need to come take the new girl back and put the wammy on her room so she can think straight."I would expect your powers to work on everyone here except Enyo. She is a goddess from another realm/dimension and a lot of things don't work on her. Oh and anyone wearing a mind shield won't be effected. I think."
