Orren took the cup gratefully and smiled. "Thank you Adelina. This is delicious." Orren sat there quietly eating while trying to figure out how to make himself seem less beastly. He smiled and hurriedly ate his dinner. "I want to spend some time with you. I was thinking I could play you some music to dance to."

He was nearly giddy with excitement at the idea. Piling all of the dishes haphazardly in the kitchen he took the pie into the ballroom and set it on the table near the piano. He was nervous. His heart was so vulnerable and he wasn't sure how she might react to him in a more personal setting. He put a record on the phonograph and he looked around and realized she was likely in the kitchen. Jogging to the kitchen he peered around the corner and he walked up behind her and cleared his throat loudly. He handed her the closest towel to dry her hands. "Come, leave this for James. He loves dishes, he tells me so all the time." Gently he prodded her out of the kitchen and towards the ballroom. His grin was contagious and so was his laughter. Once in the ballroom he bowed deeply and put the record on and said "M'lady may I have this dance?"

Is this Sr in high school? If so you should omit that since you said she is a freshman. Otherwise she is accepted. Please move to the Char tab.

Personality: Alicia cares what society thinks. She can be sweet, catty or plain critical but deep down she just wants to be able to be herself. She likes people in secret that she isn't supposed to according to her mother. She is always smiling although she is rarely as happy as she seems to project.

History: Alicia has grown up in a house where her parents barely spoke to each other unless it was about their status or frivolous things. She wasn't ever allowed to be a normal kid. She was always to be ready for a camera both in appearance as well as looking happy even if she was sick or miserable. Her father holds a high military position and her mother is a top socialite and she always directs Alicia on how things should be to her dismay.

Nicholas Davis

Personality: Nicholas is guarded about things or people who are important to him. He is protective of his mother and little sister. Nicholas is a genius with an IQ of 165. He doesn't look like the average smart kid and he gets into a lot of trouble, usually out of boredom. He tutors kids his sister's age out of guilt. He usually comes off as an angry kid.

History: Nicholas grew up in a house where his mother was beaten by his father. Nicholas kept his two younger sisters in their room when the screaming started. One night when he was 15 the fighting was particularly bad and he saw his father pull a gun on his mother. Nicholas' instincts took over and he tackled his father. They wrestled for the gun and when it went off they were both shocked and his father rolled slightly over to the left and slid off of his son leaving the gaping hole in his stomach for all to see. Nick scrambled to his knees and his mother grabbed the phone and dialed 911. After his father was buried and the investigators declared it self defense but things were tense for Nick at school. His reputation took a harder turn. People were afraid of him. When it came time for the test that year his youngest sister Maddie failed and was "thinned or put down". He had fought to make them give her an oral test since she was dyslexic but the rules weren't altered for anyone they said and they took her away and she was never seen again. Now he grills his remaining little sister nightly. He has taught her far above her third grade level out of fear and desperation. He is desperate to ensure Sarah's safety at all costs.
