The USEA is a nation with a large variety of people and cultures. It was an action of 9 Primary Nation: Vietnam, Cambodia, Phillipeans, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, and Brunei combine together to stand against the growing threat of the China. Despite having a large variety of people and culture, there was very few riot against the government. And as people and people started to get to know each other, the number of riots were drastically decreased.

The USEA (United South East Asia) was only created in the past 17 years, on January 1st, 2000. This new nation was given birth under the eyes of 9 current leaders of those countries.
Currently, the country is under the leadership of a council, consist of one hundred people called “counselors.” During their ceremony of acquiring their new title, the new Counselor must always vow to never accept salary, and they will live in a hard life. Furthermore, they will lose their identity to their new title, calling from now on as “Counselor.” They can only get their primary identity after they had been
Each counselor is responsible for their region (Counselor 1 is respond for Region 1).Each counselor had a three-year term, with a rotation of re-election every 3 years to make sure there is always at least 50 of them. The new counselors will be selected by the rest of the remaining counselors. And the head of them is Prime Minister, who will lead and has the strongest power compared to the rest, but his power is only useful in the wartime or when the Council had lost more than 30 regions. In peacetime, he must have at least 45 counselors to accept his order, or it will not be passed.
Under the new government, the country grows in its material and mental. The nation is famous for its food production, with a recent report of the nation responsible for 45% of rice and 52% of coffee export throughout the world. The country also allows small companies to take part in the society, allowing new ideas to flourish. But the power of production is still within the government, with major companies belong to the nation itself. Due to the low labor price, companies from outside the country are invested heavily to create many factories, created many high-level workers. With the renewed “Biological Advancement Contact” in 2015, the project is expected to maintain the nation superiority in DNA researching compare to other nation. Mentally, waves and waves of patriotism swept throughout the nation against the old threat from the North, the Republic People of China.
