So, on the map, who is 8, 14, and 9?

Check out the character tab. It's now included in it.
Only the player names since most users have yet to even tell exactly what kind of nation they want to build.
But it shows.
IIRC, 14 is hyperdrive's lion men, 9 is Sigma's nation whose NS I have yet to read in detail and 8 is yours truly with the Golden Orc Horde.

Check the characters tab. It has the latest map in it. By my estimate we still have room for no less than 10 players.

Your claims clash with each other.
Check out my previous post why. I hope you two can talk this out.

On a different note I actually took the effort and added a list of players to the numbers.
Even if you don't know the nation you now know which player claimed which part of the map.

Granted, I kind of forgot it, too.
Although there's a clash here:

The terribly traced bottom islands and a sliver of the mainland. I purposely did not claim the island to my direct east due to a potential NPC plot should no one pick it.

Anyone else think that a list detailing all of the nations w/ player and their respective numbers is in order?

The problem is that not all players made a nation yet, not even mentioning the name or its theme.
Once we are at least filled with 20+ WIPs I can do that relatively quickly.

EDIT:
On a different note everyone should mention their number in the claims section of their NS.
It'd make things so much easier.

Shorticus is the only individual to have claimed that island, and he a) has other claims he's deciding between and b) isn't planning on actually joining the RP any time soon. I'd really like my claim to include that island.

Also you may consider claiming a land even if you won't play with us for a while.

EDIT: Err, totally forgot a number, but I added it. Poor fellow in the bottom-left is now #22.

@Willy Vereb, do you need me to write the nation names that go with the numbers, or would you be able to find them and put them for players perusal if I number the map?

Numbers are more preferable.
I'll make an index for them that way.
Also you can still take area from my forests to Poohead's benefit (blue nation at the south to me).

BTW, do you have any claims? I say it might be better if you take a spot now than a few weeks later.
Granted, we still have room for at least 10-15 nations here.

@Shorticus The forested, volcanic island to my east is also a part of my claim. It will be an Iceland analogue.

IIRC some player expressed interest to claim that.
But I'd need to roam through a bunch of post to confirm it. He did it in words rather than a pic.
