I only remember the Kashgar from Fabula Eleysia and those were quite a bit different from those you currently have.

I would say try to stay within 3-4 constant heroes. If there's a battle where you need a throwaway hero as in you won't be using them much after that battle then there isn't much of a hard limit.
Basically use common sense and don't go overboard, I don't want to see you running like 20 heroes at any given time.

@Willy Vereb Gave you most of the extra requested territory. You've got the Tomb King below you now and an expanded 13th Vulpin to the East. Left the peninsula to the south mostly untouched so we can fit someone else in there, or an NPC nation you guys can swallow up.Looks good, maybe I should talk with the Tomb Kings player to get a smidgen of his territories, my center looks so anorexic now.
Also glad the large mountain group stayed, because I moved Yngvar over there. That place looked like the ideal deep dwarf location to pick.
As for the island if nobody claims it I plan to call it Jidor and it might be a colony from the continent of Nippon with Japchinekorean culture or something resembling it.
My port country Maldiberaean would trade with them a lot.
Then again, I can make this work without a "friendly NPC" nearby so if a player takes that land it's his/her.
