As long as her soul has recovered, there'll be no issue with removing it as long as it's not broken while still connected to it. It's best to remove it and drain it after so it doesn't stay a liability, if the situation calls for it.

The same reasons why a blockage of any kind is bad, really. You could probably get away with the base, but I would advise against the brain proper just in case.

Good job, as usual. I'll let you pick where the core goes, too. Try to pick somewhere it won't be too annoying if she feels it. Sometimes these can cause itching. Then it's just a matter of implanting it like you would a health aide.

First thing is to move the soul into the body, without waking it up. The way to do that is to make a temporary soul-trap on the body, then when we're ready for it to move, we break the one it's in and it'll be forced into the body. The soul will adapt to the body, especially since it's so similar to its old one, as we do the rest.

So take a scalpel and copy the soul-trap onto the muscles on the top of the head. Then I'll close the skin over it once that's done.

Last steps are to get the soul inside it, implant the core, and start the bodily functions. I imagine you want to do either or both of the first two?
