I greatly enjoyed reading this CS.

Eiji Nazomeku - Jinsoku Wakare will be limited to two times in succession, and a minute between uses. Just to limit the abuse potential this technique has. Other than that, accepted.

Lol, very well. It's just a high speed movement technique. Made the changes to both CSs. Closed Revolutions has been labeled "unlearned" (or was it not learned...whatever) in brackets next to the name of the jutsu. I changed the weakness specifications of Jinsoku Wakare as you have asked.

As to shade covering, it is meant to be a very malleable technique. It will become the core of her fighting style as she progresses.

Also, I am quite glad you enjoyed both of my characters, I try to craft them skillfully~

Rather than any form of ninja clothing he does in fact wear the suit in his appearance above. Additionally it should be noted that rather than a ninja head-protector he cut the symbol for his village out and fashioned it into a necklace.

Personality: Good...evil. Terms unsuitable to describe the man that is Eiji, this guy is quite the little enigma to those who choose to remain around him. Often described as insane, but similarly orderly and genius-like, Eiji has long been more than a bit of a mystery to the inhabitants of Kumogakure. Deigned these things by his many peer's empirical evidence, Eiji doesn't care for anyone elses terminology in regards to much of anything, though he does use them despite this rejection of norms. Rather odd he is someone who follows his gut and sticks to his strict code which he simply refers to as 'The Rules'. Never explaining them en full, Eiji has been deemed to have made it up, but it does seem that there might be some method to his alleged insanity. Regardless he is a very observant and easily amused man. In fact on a regular basis he can be seen with a mischievous look in his eyes and some measure of a smirk on his face. Conversely it is essentially never that one sees him even mad, let alone angry or enraged. He actually seems to strongly abhor such traits in others. Regardless he is a damn good teacher despite his students seeming to come away from him with odd results. One is most certainly likely to come away from encounters with him at least mildly confused.

The Rules

• Logic is important, but only if it makes sense to me.



• Widely accepted and generalized concepts and idealogies are to be entirely rejected and reformatted to suit 'The Rules'.



• Skill is to be condemned unless it is of either intensely focused superiority and varied inferiority, or the direct opposite.

• The mannerisms, morality, and prior status of any given individual mean next to nothing unless their circumstances conform to 'The Rules'.



• When anything in a situation seems highly unlikely to be successful, do it anyways, after-all if it is so unlikely no one will expect it.

History: Born to the Nazomeku clan, Eiji was raised by the ways of The Rule and crafted to become something the others of his clan did not think they could themselves. Eiji grew older, going through the steps of life, but never as any other had. He was only the 5th generation of his clan, and only in this generation had the Rules truly been followed to their fullest. He was the first to follow them correctly and in their completed form, he did so very well. As he grew and moved through the academy he took up playing with strings. Making cats cradles and the like with them, running and waving them through the air, it was just for fun then. However as Eiji grew and began to understand the shinobi arts better and better he came to a conclusion, string wasn't just a play thing, it was a potential weapon as well.

He began sparring with his friends and his peers, a genin now, and found them difficult to wield, but the task occupied him. The practice was aplenty, but his fingers were nimble and he soon had his own set of skills. It was soon after that his sensei woke him up to his chakra nature: Earth. He liked it, it made him feel grounded, it reminded him of his duties, of The Rules in all their solidity and assurance of dominance and strength of will. Around came the exams, he did not excel right off and while he was skilled he barely managed the first portion of the exam, held in a system of canyons. They were told to find their way out and not to fall to whomever they fought. When on the ground they were safe, but when scaling the walls or traveling upwards they became each other's prey. Only through his use of reinforcement on his threads and his deft clever mind did he survive that ordeal. Passing to the next exam, the final one, he was faced against a member of his own former team. Had he been any other it would have been traumatizing....

The kid would never be a nin again, and he'd hate Eiji with a passion, not only that but he had submitted to him, despite himself, and so Eiji became known as skilled --and maybe more than a bit insane. Regardless life continued on, for him at least, the boy he had fought --his former teammate at that-- disappeared soon after. Sadly, he was eventually sent on a mission to take down what could only be a missing nin harassing a civilian village for supplies. It turned out to be the boy, Ikajui, he still was bereft of an arm, after all there was no real way to replace it.

He didn't kill the boy though, he did redeem himself by barely injuring him. Ikajui had gained skill and so it was Eiji who ended up with more wounds, but in the end he triumphed and dragged his former friend back to Kumogakure where he was tried and sent to prison. Following this his rank was soon raised and he continued to gain skill in notoriety. These days people ironically refer to him as 'Wireless' to allude to his strange personality and intriguing combat style. He is well known in the village and despite having been teaching teams for a good time, he is often sent on solo missions as well.

A very simple set of leather boots, they possess a unique mechanism in the back and tips going under the foot and in the traction-based rubber. This mechanism allows wire to easily be trailed behind his boots or used as weapons in kicks. The wires within this, out of combat, are locked so as not to trail unless he wants them to. Additionally the wires are attached to the 6 of the 8 wire reels known as Chinkase, located at his waist.

While he is good at evasion, actual taijutsu more or less escapes him. This technique is strange in the way that it works as it can only apply 1 shift in form, but within the entire area if the user is able enough, at a time and thus makes it rather limited in nature as at least 5-10 seconds must pass before one can use it again. This technique works by sending off a 'blueprint' using the user's chakra, this 'blueprint' is in the form of an invisible pulse of chakra which thus effects the environment shifting it to the user's will with great speed and effectiveness, though this is variable depending on the skill of the user.

Weakness: Depending on the complexity or amount of earth being changed the amount of chakra taken increases or decreases.

Weakness: The spires can only come from places where his chakra is located. Additionally, if he cannot see thespot where his chakra is going to create one, theaccuracy decreases somewhat.

As they preform the hand seals the jutsu activates, forcing the earth chakra to move outwards and interconnect making the object(s) more sturdy. With complete mastery the user can easily utilize this on not only small objects and brittle ones, but also to sharpen the object(s) as well by refining the edges and the like. Once active it stays active and takes no more chakra. Once the chakra is present the technique can be reactivated with only the ram hand seal, but it will be half as effective as the first activation.

Weakness: Purely supplementary. If deactivated the chakra within the object will half disperse and half remain therein.

The opposing polarities reject one another sending the user and/or thing hurtling away from one another rapidly, hence the name of the technique. The focus of this technique varies depending on the amount of chakra utilized, as does the speed of the separation.

Weakness: Can only be used on up to two limbs at once. Can only be used 2 times in succession after which the user must wait around 1 minute for it to be available again. This technique expels chakra through usage and takes a very strong grasp of advanced external chakra control.

However, since the jutsu has no REAL upwards limit, if someone has enough chakra they can in theory thus crush an utterly massive amount of earth. However, the larger the amount of earthbeing effected the harder it is to condense.

Weakness: The condensed earth does in fact retain all of its mass and thus weight is not decreased by this technique.

Unlike Idō chijō no keijō this technique instead expands the natural aura of the user, an aura which is otherwise useless more or less, allowing them to use their partially externalized chakra to manipulate their selected affinity with great ease but with a limited time frame. While the control of the individual's respective affinity is bolstered incredibly, the user's field of chakra will eventually disperse. This dispersal will usually take around 6-15 minutes depending on their respective amount of chakra and their ability to control said chakra externally. It should be noted that this jutsu also amplifies the range of the user's 6th sense thus allowing them to sense things or people moving through the field.

Weakness: Once the chakra fades it will be totally inaccessible thus leaving the user incredibly tired following the completion of the technique. Despite the sensory aspect of this technique, the user's reaction speed is not strengthened at all so high speed movement is still very effective depending on the individual.

Description: By making contact with any form of the earth affinity, even metal, the user can make a hollow sphere of chakra of varying sizes and then condense it inwards causing the earth to do so as well until it forms a tight ball. This technique takes around 2-3 seconds to preform despite sounding lengthy. However, since the jutsu has no REAL upwards limit, if someone has enough chakra they can in theory thus crush an utterly massive amount of earth. However, the larger the amount of earthbeing effected the harder it is to condense.

This blade does have a sheath, but it is actually sealed on the inner facing portion of Iyana's left forearm.

There is a seal placed on her right hand that corresponds with it, allowing the girl to draw the blade fully out with sheath attached, or to quick draw and unsheath the blade directly from the seal to go straight into an attack. With practice, Itana could learn to unsheath the blade whilst within the seal and then draw it out immediately. Nonetheless, she was rather annoyed throughout and while she found the tasks themselves challenging, the contestants were still lacking. Granted, it was unfair since she had trained harder and longer than most of them anyways. Because of this her arrogance was carried with her throughout and she did not know when to temper it till the war struck her head on.

Thrown into contact mere months after becoming a chuunin, Iyana was unprepared as Kumogakure was stormed by the mysterious Empire and swiftly taken over. She was laid low, but managed to survive intact...for the most part. She did lose something, and while her body was largely unharmed, her pride took a hit and she has been a bit less...open in her rebellion ever since. Still, beneath her false obedience is a fire that builds ever stronger, threatening to burn her away.

The war, and the empire's control which has been wrested upon her hasn't effected her too much thus far.As such she has naively stayed with the empire. Who knows if it will last though, especially considering her temperament. With news of the rebellion trickling in, she is not likely to stay in the empire's sway for long, but who knows...maybe they'll cull her yet.

Description: Coating her entire body with a cloak of chakra, Iyana can utilize her incredible level of chakra control to further manipulate the chakra in the cloak, which is actually around two times the amount necessary to coat her body, allowing her to extend various portions of it or even form extra limbs, similar to the cloak of a jinchuuriki, though she has never seen such a thing. This cloak of chakra is conductive of other chakra, allowing her to channel elemental affinities into it to add additional effects. When lightning affinity chakra, her's or otherwise (at or below the rank of the technique) is channeled through the cloak it amplifies the cutting ability of her body as well as her natural reaction time and physical speed. At D rank the increase in speed is minor. At C rank her reaction time is multiplied by 2, whereas her speed is increased from enhanced running to being able to zip back and forth at speeds just short of vanishing from sight, this is the point that the technique becomes strenuous. At B rank the cloak can shock those it comes into contact with, stunning them for up to 4 seconds, The user's speed is goes to twice that of their base speed, allowing them to, at max, disappear for several moments and cover anywhere between 1 foot and 8 meters at a time.

When fire affinity chakra is channeled through the cloak she gains a resistance to fire-based techniques (and heat in general). Additionally, wind affinity techniques will only increase the potency of the cloak. Lastly, the cloak will become inflamed, the heat depending on the rank of the technique. At D rank the heat is enough to be uncomfortable to those who come near it, and enough to cause pain upon contact, though not very much. At C rank this technique will cause burning pain within 2 feet of the cloak and direct exposure will cause first degree burns after 1-3 seconds. Being immersed in the cloak for any amount of time will cause slightly greater damage. At B rank the cloak will cause the D rank effects 4 feet away, the C rank effects 2 feet away and direct contact will cause severe scalding of any flesh in contact with the cloak. Prolonged contact increases the damaging, or other effects of the cloak regardless of affinity. Beyond this, the cloak itself can be used for other purposes, making it a highly useful and adaptive technique.

Weakness: Variable depending on the element and the particular use however, generally In'ei kabaa has a weakness to physical piercing attacks. At C rank the technique becomes strenuous, and at B rank it becomes difficult to maintain over long durations of time. The initial manifestation of In'ei Kabaa is typically D rank, but this can be modified by the user. The initial manifestation at D rank can usually last for the length of an average battle. At B rank the technique (at Iyana's current level) can only last for 1/4th of a battle, making it capable of lasting anywhere between 5 and eight minutes.

Description: A multifarious technique, Zōkyō allows Iyana to either form portions of In'ei kabaa on her body to attack or defend with. Additionally, Zōkyō can also be used to focus her chakra in different areas of her body, thus allowing her to either strengthen their durability or attack power. Lastly this technique can be utilized in the bodies of others or even weapons to augment them in some way. However, when used on others it is temporary or she can even cause painful sensations to occur due to the fact that reversing and messing with the chakra flow and distribution of the enemy can cause physical results such as weakening the physical integrity of their bodies. This applies to objects as well.

Weakness: Requires contact and can only be active for increments of two minutes.

Name of Technique: Tojita kaiten(閉じた回転 'Closed revolutions').
Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu.

Description: By either creating a chakratic construct, utilizing one of the aforementioned techniques, or a chakra conductive weapon Iyana is capable of mimicking the effects of Chisoku gyōretsu's internal abilities. This is of course less effective than the actual katana, but does have the potential to become something much greater. For the moment Iyana is capable of creating fairly fast rotating disks and throwing them as deadly cutting implements. At B rank the technique's efficiency is increased making it less difficult to maintain. but still taking the same amount of chakra as before.

Weakness: Takes a lot of focus to maintain and typically a lot of chakra as well despite her focus on control of such.

Name of Technique: Dōki junkan(同期循環 'Synchronous Circulation').
Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu.
Rank: A.
Range: Contact-10 meters.
Nature Type: Variable or N/A.

Description: Through the utilization of Chisoku gyōretsu's unique ability and the technique Tojita kaiten, Iyana links the two techniques, forming an elongated ovular chakratic construct which surrounds the blade. This construct is directly linked to any chakra that is being conducted through Chisoku gyōretsu and the speed at which it revolves is determined by the speed of the chakra within the blade. This construct can be released from the blade through a thrusting or slashing motion. The former action will cause the construct to compress on itself forming a dense, and thin blade of chakra which will be flung from the blade at high speed. This continues for 10 meters or until it hits something, at which point the construct will either dissipate or form a deep gash in whatever material it comes into contact with the length of which is equal to the blade's and the depth of which tends to be 1-8 inches depending on the material. The latter action will cause the construct to sharpen around the tip of the blade and then thrust forwards, undulating throughout until it passes 10 meters or hits something. Upon contact with something the construct's chakra will become trapped in the tip, vibrating and circulating in that spot and almost drilling through whatever material it hits.

The last effect of the outer construct being thrown off is the temporary externalization of the internal chakra, causing a burst to thrust outwards from the blade's edge for roughly 10 seconds before it is pulled back into the blade. This temporary externalization more or less creates an extended and invisible edge to the blade, making it able to cut, but only in a slashing motion, 4 inches in front of itself.

Weakness: Dodge it. Additionally, the jutsu requires focus and while it can be augmented with an elemental affinity, Iyana is not yet skilled enough to do so.

Description: Through programming the chakra of In'ei kabaa, Iyana increases its solidity. This allows the chakra to be treated the same as a solid substance by objects and the like in her environment. This technique also allows her to make her chakra cloak static as she pleases. While certain amounts of force applied to it can still cause its shape to shift, this would mean anyone inside it other than Iyana herself would be more or less unable to move. This also allows her to create more effective cutting implements with the chakra.

Weakness: Certain amounts of force depending on the situation.
