Erin Gor'shan-Glasgow Hangar

Stepping up, Mayhem Squad's captain weighs in behind Shepard. "Under normal circumstances, I would agree, sending that thing straight to the depths of the nearest black hole is a better plan, but we also have to consider that the moment that ship stops transmitting, especially before it's supposed to, that psycho who just displayed Palpatine's body to the whole galaxy could speed up the planet's destruction. If nothing else, taking and locking down the bridge, maybe even turning the automated defenses on the crew and marines on board, is a good idea."

Her squad remained silent, but were in full agreement with the sentiment.

The Supreme Commander couldn't help but grin at Captain Gor'shan's assessment of the situation. "I knew I made you a special forces lead for a reason. And on that note, Mister Shepard, special forces don't do the evacuation efforts any good unless they start launching troops to the surface to attempt and impede any evacuation attempts. I don't see that happening." Eighty was moving the Scorch Guard into position to get ready to take the bridge when they were beamed across. "I do suggest, however, we should wait for Captain Rex. He might be a clone, but he fights with the heart of any true Mandalorian."

Captain Rex-Glasgow Hangar

The LAA/T pilot found the directions given by the seemingly friendly ship to their hangar to seem a bit odd, but sure enough, eventually they made their way in where a bunch of different beings and, to Rex's astonishment, some Clones were gathered. When the ship set down, he and several of his Blue and White clad brothers disembarked and looked the assembly over. "Alright, so who's in charge here?"

"And I'm glad to hear your husband only lost part of his arm as opposed to his head." I smile ruefully. "I'm glad you're all alive as well. As for this...even if they're pretending, they've earned this. How many weeks local time have they been here while we've galavanted trying to foil Darth Trayus?"

Jerus Je'and

Once I was sure Xan was far enough away, I face Zarka. "I see you've met the resident witch. Your thoughts?"
Zar'kun Je'and

A couple of minutes after Jerus and Becca arrive, myself and the others do. However, I frown at the physical lack of Manda'lor and wonder what could be keeping her. Still, as I walk in, I decide she did have to make preparations for this and that might take longer than I thought. "Remember, safeties off." I spot Becca and approach her. "Seems more like a party than a meeting."

Jerus Je'and

"They were one of the most effective things I'd ever seen." Xan's laugh was so forced it almost caused me physical pain, but that was her life as she'd chosen after the Empire. Which only added reasons not to trust the back stabbing witch. "Clan Chief, if I might have a word in private."
Jerus Je'and

Spotting Xan and Zarka Saxon, I return the clan leaders nod before fixing the likely-former Senator with a look that told her I didn't trust her as far as I could throw her. Not to mention there was Zarka to consider, as Temari said he had been the most vocal of Ava's contenders, so I lean in to Becca and speak so only she can hear me. "Excuse me while I go see what our frienemy has been up to with Saxon." Approaching the pair, I give a bow to Zarka.

"Clan Chief Zarka, I understand that the Mandalorian Guardians were an invention of your own alongside Clan Wren. Quite impressive."
Zar'kun Je'and

I survey the once pristine skyscrapers, smoke rising from all across the planets surface. "Hence is the price the Republic paid for Darth Trayus' subterfuge. This was inevitable, one way or another I would think." I beckon inside. "Jerus implied we're about to walk into a very tense meeting, so I suggest keeping your blaster safeties off, just in case."
Jerus Je'and

Grimacing, I nod and join her on the way out. "Not looking forward to that. Between having to give up Coruscant and HJ's disrespect of Ava's rank, this is going to get very loud."
Jerus Je'and

"I mean, I have a great amount of respect for Satele Shan, but...she's still only human. We're all prone to mistakes."
Jerus Je'and

I sigh, leaning back again and taking a drink of water from my cup nearby. "I've been thinking on that. Becca, he didn't recognize me on the balcony before Satele detonated the energy. Asked who I was. That might not be him anymore."
Jerus Je'and

"I think only the Twins know the answer to that question by now. Salazar isn't in great shape to tell us himself."
Jerus Je'and

"Get along...yeah, I guess that's one thing you could call it. In any case, we'll worry about her later. How are you feeling? You've been at that for awhile now."
