Sorry, I didn't mean to spring that on you. The soul of the original now resides in a digital being known as X.exe.
*Looks at my wrist*
We tried. It can only be transferred between those who had it to begin with.

What about those who share DNA?
<Snipped quote by Zeal>

Star miscarried. Data is a clone made out of that DNA. Second's wore off, and Star's is gone, but we have no idea why. Ever since Lance's seal was broken, she's been entirely free of the entanglement, but we don't know where it went.
*Whispers*
There's actually a recent lead on where it went but you didn't hear that from me.
*Normally*
Mine is still functioning. Second can pause it temporarily, but to remove it entirely would be suicide.

What?! I didn’t know that!!
*takes a drink*
Man, thats a lot...
*ponders*
What if we transfer it to someone else? Maybe someone who could hold it and possibly die. Sounds bad, I know but just hear me out.
<Snipped quote by Zeal>

So he took their young daughter Technology Demonstration and infant "son" and placed them in stasis until the effect wore off or they had stayed in stasis for too long to not be injured. He couldn't talk to them without risking triggering the effect, so when they woke up about 6000 years ago, it looked from their perspective like Second had just abandoned them. But he did look out for them; he put their stasis chambers on a planet full of friendship, where they could be happy even on their own without him or Star. Similarly, The Hero, who had been retitled The Legend after the Great War, took to raising the newborn Legend and Luke while I left to avoid causing them any pain.
*Says nothing, but takes a breath*
I'm afraid I haven't been a very good mother to Luke or Legend.

Waitwaitwait....what do you mean “son”? What is wrong with Uncle Data? And don’t you think the effect wore off?
<Snipped quote by Zeal>

Second couldn't undo it, but he could transfer it. He, First, and The Hero had to be able to interact for the sake of Tier Five. So I received The Hero's, and Star received Second's, so hers had twice the intensity. But she said that wouldn't matter.
*Smiles sadly*
The Nobility, who were before my time, weren't sealed well enough after their downfall, so the Tier Fours discovered and used this opportunity to weaken Lance's seal further and degrade it. Star sacrificed herself to patch the seal, and took the entanglement with her. It devastated Second, and worse is that he had lingering effects of the entanglement because he was exposed to it for too long while untangling the others. It meant that any interaction with Star's likeness would cause the effect. And they had just had children.

Oh...

We have a 28.377% confidence that one of them was the being who gave others power boosts upon someone's death. The other, however, had the ability to cause entanglements between beings, almost like a curse. So all of us who fought the final enemy, other than First, ended up tangled together in a sense. This kind of thing is Second's specialty, but there was a problem. Most knot-like things end up getting looser the more you untie it, but this one got harder and harder to untangle the more work he did, and it eventually became like what he described as defusing a bomb. Second finally managed to detangle everyone but himself, Star, and The Hero, who were all tightly knotted together. This entanglement would prevent any of them from interacting with each other without severe pain, weakening, and eventually death. So they had to come up with a plan.

What’s the plan?
@Etcetera@Zeal Okie dokie then. Thank you all for the invites, and I hope to be RP'ing with y'all soon. Now if you'll excuse me, I must force my brain against its will to create a character and dive into a sea of words. *Puts on scuba gear* Wish me luck.

See ya, space cowboy.

Then at the final enemy, their leader, First, Second, Grace, Star, Control Booth, Painting Dye, Radix, and The Hero worked together according to their strategy to win. That fight is another story entirely, but it was definitely a hair-biter. To sum it up, they won, saved Time Line, made him a Tier Five, and then offered Painting Dye a Top Ten position in Tier Five. She refused and it was given to Grace instead. But if you remember, two beings had remained outside of that dimension at the time.

I remember some of those name, but not all. And who were those two beings?

Finally a person of culture who can recognize the superiority of this system. We're always open, just be sure to read the opening details post on page 1.

That. Forgot about that.
@Zeal Well one who is not so good at writing (used to be, but I've gotten rusty over the years) and one who doesn't have the time for it, so if possible may I join? ^_^

We welcome all who wish to join, but I am a bit rusty in our welcoming department. I believe one of my fellow mates could help better with the joining.
*DARK SPIRIT RUSALKA HAS INVADED THE THREAD*

So hi-diddly-ho peoples. I noticed this most austere of RP's (surprised to actually see one using script format on here and HOLY MOTHBALLS THAT'S ALOT OF POSTS) and would possibly like to join. Provided, I have used this format before and let me tell you it is so much easier than having to write a friggin novel.

Ah! Hello! (And this is after the first fall of the guild, too many posts to count before the fall) I will say that it is a bit different than most RPs, as you can tell, adjustments and tinkering is expected. But, once it clicks, its like riding a bike. I agree, writing that much can be a pain, especially to one who is not so well in the writing arts.
