Sol can be very developed. Not fully. It takes time to build all those cities on every planet, then populate them.

If they don't show up soon, just say that you drove their forces out of Sol. Up your perimeter defense, give a few rounds on the political circuit with people shouting for aggression and defense simultaneously, and proceed as you were. No muss, no fuss. I think everyone can agree it isn't an unreasonable expectation that you should be able to repel an attack on your Home System.

Finished. Anyone want to comment? I'm not sure if the Armoury is OP, it wasn't meant that way, more as a means to have something different than just "This is what my guys call a gun!" that I usually do.[
