So I just found out I'm currently being robbed of an indeterminate amount of money directly through my debit card, despite me having it in my wallet.

And I can't do anything about it until fucking Tuesday, because the bank isn't open on weekends or holidays.

What a fucking way to punctuate a week where I've already had a hard time keeping my head level.

If you use your debit card online, then it isn't surprising. I use my debit card, but I have two separate accounts, each with its own debit card. I keep no more than fifty dollars at a time in the account I use online, and I transfer more money into it only when I will be using it for a purchase that minute. That way, no one online can steal more than fifty dollars of my money. And if I notice it in time, I can quickly transfer all my money online to my primary account.
You have to be very careful about account security with that sort of thing. And I mean VERY careful. Because in addition, with a debit card...there really won't be anything the bank can do about it other than advise you about account security and say "I'm sorry for your loss."

As of now, the invasion has stalled out. Of course that might change.


Disappointing, it's the first one thus far. Maybe we're scarier than I thought.

I think our guys got better writing quality. Though I think the dude I'm fighting probably isn't from a primarily English speaking country, and his spell-check probably corrects for Swedish or something.

How has the invasion stalled out? o.o it's begun in the thread. There are just at least 6 people participating in the one thread now so everyone is doing their intros and preparing the turns.

No rush, now that I found out you were not the start of the war and just an exhibition match. It'd be nice to be able to focus on the war since that was my intention from the start. You are now a secondary priority rather than my primary target now. So take your time.^.^
