@Jbcool So they're armed in typical Viking fashion (axes,etc) except with no armour. The capacity for that ship is about 90 men, though you might have to ask Baltazzar if you've never seen one before. They are a bit below full capacity though, around the same number you have on deck. They're desperate.

You ever have that moment where your character writes themselves? Like you see a situation and instead of having to think about how your character would react to it, you just know what they are going to do before you're even done reading the post?

Fortune jumping into the ocean after the cute girl to save her was one such moment. Didn't even have to think about it, that was what he was going to be doing. Honestly, the whole 'tie a rope around your waist thing' was us both thinking along the lines of 'Okay, how do I get the girl back onto the ship without dying' at the same time.

Out of curiosity, how big of a gap is the girl clinging to? Are we talking about something that, say... someone as strong as Fortune could use to rip a big enough hole in the ship to get himself (and thus the smaller wizard girl) through?

@Bright_Ops Its more of just a hand hold, but it would be feasible to create a big enough gap to push Alison through, the wood is a bit damp and splintered, though fortune may have some trouble getting through himself.

Might be you'll have to rely on that dwarf holding your rope!
