That's exactly why I ask, there was really no reason to bullshit the ability to sense magic (which is an incredibly powerful ability if you consider it from a combat stand-point, hence why I'd have expected it listed in the CS) because Judgement isn't trying to hide, that's not his style.

Yeah, the way I imagined it to avoid a stupid clusterfuck on the staircase was two access points at the front and back of the tower, you guys walked up the back part, we walked up the front part, and there's a short corridor leading to the room you're in. It was the best way I could figure to have relatively fair ground to start the fight, and avoid wandering around for ages until we run into each other. That means we're not quite at the very top of the tower, it would be possible for you to get back on the staircase and go higher.

That's just the way I wrote it, if you wanted to be at the top floor then Judgement has effectively interrupted you at a lower floor then in order to find that even ground, regardless. Otherwise we'll just be sitting around in the castle for ages, because I have no intention of fighting you on a staircase, and even Judgement isn't that reckless.

Ultimately, this is your fault anyway, you didn't say anywhere in your post before mine that you were at the top of the tower, you just said you were in an oval room described as a 'high vantage point' so I interpreted that as a room high up, not the top of a tower with only one access point which you guys used, this is why you have to be precise with your posts in Arena, I can add whatever the hell I want if you don't explicitly state this crap.

Indeed, being on the top floor or not could reasonably be assumed either way. The two different staircases is basically the only option due to the circumstances.

As for no intention fighting on the stairs, that part would depend on if the enemy charged at us while we were still on them. My character, being nimble, wouldn't personally care either way. If she knew they'd be placed in such a circumstance she could rush ahead and block them long enough for Judgment to reach the top.
