@Sini
Well first off, looking back two pages someone requested a roll and I don't think you replied. Maybe it's not too late.

And secondly I think just a few more people would be enough. There are about 8 of us, so if half of us can find just one other person I'd think that we'd be good for sure. I don't know too many people on RPGuild, but I'll go mention this thread to those in the other RP that I'm in.

That'd be me. Still waiting for that roll.

How about these?

ESSENTIALS
Population Density (Population - 7,200,000) - Regionally Dense; A good amount of manpower for the military and economic purposes, with social infrastructure strained more at a regional basis. Civic projects range from affordable to expensive. The nation requires a stronger economy to sustain itself.

Economy - Stagnation - The economy is performing adequately, though there is room for improvement. There are certain limitations on the economy that are bottlenecking real growth, such as a restriction in investment capital or insufficient demand, however. There is some unemployment and economic unhappiness among people in the lower income brackets, and there is a degree of criticism in what can go wrong, even if it hasn't gone wrong yet.

Urbanisation - Semi-urbanised: There are several towns and a few cities present, ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand inhabitants.

Technology - Modernizing: The industrial infrastructure is in the process of improvement, and this is a teething process. But the economy is seeing increased activity because of this investment. New technologies are becoming domestically available. However, there is a degree of dependence on imports, including in terms of the expertise to modernize the economy. Metallurgy is limited to iron products.

Domestic Political Stability - Growing unrest in cities

GEOGRAPHY
Largely consists of plains and hills, with tropical areas

RESOURCES
Mineral Deposits - Minimal deposits of metals and minerals.

Valuable Mineral Deposits - Trace deposits of rare earth metals, predominately silver, some marble quarries.

Unique Materials - Spices, hardwood

Agriculture - crop and small livestock based, food surplus that is rapidly decreasing over time, famines imminent

MILITARY
Military Focus - Decent army and mediocre navy, good infantry and cavalry ratio (5:1)

Military Recruitment - Volunteer Force Military, levies in wartime

Reliability - Levies are of decent quality, generals play politics

Military Size - small core of professional units: requires some upkeep, easy to equip/supply quickly, seasonal levies

Military Technology - Rapid Modernization, your nation does not lag behind the rest of the world, and even sets the standard on some levels.

Military Training and Morale - Highly Trained; High Morale, levies are of good quality but low morale

Military Leadership - Competent; Rose to their positions through experience and battlefield exploits

Military Reputation - Popular domestically; considered small but capable by foreigners

Siege Equipment - Developed, seasoned corps of engineers and sappers; Loyal and capable

Strengths & weaknesses
Pro:Delatores: Your secret police, internal spies. They watch the moods and flows of the nation politically and nationally watching the way people react and heading off rebellion before it ever rears its head. Hopefully.

Con: Bandits are a major concern and problem within your nation to the point where only a fool travels unarmed, or in large groups.

Come up with one of each of your own.

Right, so I've taken a few liberties with locations so it would mesh better. The purple blot in the centre is Captain's country (for which I found no name in the OOC yet).

These borders can still change if need be, but for now I believe they are rather solid. Biggest countries population and surface-wise are Jukku and Lastar. I figured the are 'New Jukku' could be a recent addition to the bigger part, since it was too 'tiny' to exist on its own in that specific hotspot.

Wait, the purple blob isn't yours? I thought you had claimed that spot for your own nation?

Ah well. I guess it doesn't matter who I DRIVE INTO THE RIVER TO DROWN OFF THE WEST BANK.

And then sort of sit around awkwardly doing nothing, because the Nati don't boats, and that river looks considerably wider than the Tiam.

Dearest neighbours,

Please accept my pre-emptive sympathies and condolences for the villagers lost during accidental trampling by elephants.

Sincerely,

Greetings to Everyone whose is along the northern sea,

If you see any pirate ships, we promise they aren't ours. We only hire privateers. There is a very big difference if you couldn't tell.

Sincerely, the Ryukyu Empire

PS: To all of you who doubt our abilities to control our privateers, this is the offical response:

One of my more important protagonists is a corsair and adventurer. Might be there would be some history between him and your ilk.

Well, he does have a large population too. It figures that he ought to have living space and a big waterflow as to sustain them.

I know it'd be an inconvenience but is there any possible way Cold and I could have our general nation locations swapped? I don't particularly like my new locale's site in relation to Khumer due to what I had been brewing up in regards to landmarks.

In particular I really wanted to use that eastern tributary as an elevated river used as a highway of sorts by the old Sorcerer-Kings of Famarqud to circumvent the hostile tribesmen of the jungles on the way east to Khumer. Furthermore, the map topography surrounding the southern river is much more distinctly arid, as far as I can tell, which is quite suiting to my nation. The north looks a bit more lush and comfy.

I mean, worst comes to worst, I could make do. I don't know what continuity Cold has running for him in his current location and all. I feel like it's unfair to drop this on the two of you considering how slow I was to actually put up a work-in-progress, but yeah.

I kinda wanted control over that sort of bay and be more circulated from there. As why i pushed my boundaries to circle that last part of the bay, not so much on the northwestern mountains since it said mostly hills, marshes and plains. Not mountains.

But i quess i could try to work with it.

No biggie, you can have alliances without actual borders, hell, most of the US's alliances are with over seas countries. BY comparison, our countries are separated by what's basically the distance a swimming pool.

Also, Winston, I'll take you up on your offer

The southern portion of my country is predominantly covered in rainforest. I told Sini I wanted to be in the South a while ago but forgot to state this in the OOC so I understand how this messed things up. However, I am not emotionally attached to my current location so I do not mind a switch as long as I still get to have my precious jungles.
