The most I will allow is 1/13th of the dragons, because 13 is a symbolic number.


So about 8% of them? Assuming there are 300 dragons, I get 24.

There are many different broods of dragons. Therefore, there are potentially THOUSANDs. They have to be born over the millenia though. Techincaly, you could have 3,000 or more.

Dragons seem pretty powerful. I expect only a few hundred of them will actually stay in Galbar (unless species wide war starts), lest they absolutely wreck everything xD

Let's go will 3000 dragons. I assume Dragon Lord would not leave 300 to be born into the universe. That's a pretty small number to start a speices.
