He has a big sister who is abroad for work, named Samantha Anderson.

Personality:
Miller's disposition is lazy and lackadaisical, he only exerts the needed amount of energy to get by the day and only ever overuses energy on things he has a massive interest in. He calls this 'energy saving', others just call him lethargic and lazier than a sloth. He likes to banter and tease with his friends, as getting a reaction is always funny to Miller. In times of stress and worry, he will temporarily dispose of his lazy nature and exerts all energy.

Bio:
His family, well known as the best Forensic scientists in the city. Their parents had always tried to raise their children well and seek out their own paths in lives. Growing up their parents were never really strict, only that they needed to do well in school. This had cause Miller to be relatively lazy in things he is not interested in, but he does look up to his parents and he took the same path of learning Forensics. His sister had instead had more of a penchant of being a Lawyer, and excelled at it. She was so popular that she was hired abroad to be a lawyer for some rich family.

At a particular incident during his childhood, he was on a trip with his parents in Philippines, where they were staying at the countryside. He was busy playing around with his sister and her friends, when he suddenly just dropped into a hole. The hole was dark, and he was stuck in there for more than a few hours. This event had somewhat traumatized Miller growing up and it would take a few therapeutic lessons to fix, but the fear remained.

In university, Miller was the top of his class in Forensics, earning the top seat at the subject. On his other subjects, he does above average but nothing too special as Miller never really took special interest in most of the other subjects at hand. He had an oddball roommate named 'James Williams' who he thought was just some bookworm but was relatively cool and Miller could get along with him well enough.

Job Before The Outbreak:
University student, majoring in Forensics\Part-time waiter at a some big name french resturant

Disability/Fear:
Irrational fear of the dark, stems from an incident in his childhood.

Weapon of Choice:
A firm and strong metal bat is what he uses the most. He also tends to use a machete or any sharp weapons he can grasp.

Supplies:
Basic necessities, like water, food and the like. He has found a few medicinal supplies.
Owns a beat down rucksack where he keeps his supplies and weapons.

Personality:
Joseph, having been raised by a rough parent, was quite rough herself and not all that pleasant to be around. She is sarcastic and blunt, cutting people down to the bone sometimes, which is why she prefers the company of thick-skinned individuals. When she is blunt and sarcastic, she is usually vulgar, spewing out obscenities here, there, everywhere, and obviously not caring about how people feel about it. She's been told once that such words were not ladylike - she spat on his face and told him to shove his gender roles straight up his ass. Joseph hates gender roles and insists that, despite her actions being associated with men usually, she is still a woman - just a masculine one. She hates being affectionate and doesn't like her space being intruded upon, often times punching someone in the face to get them away. She is stubborn and opinionated, sometimes forcing her liberal opinions on others even though she despises when people force their opinions on her - often times, she is frustrated when people don't see things the way she does. But she has her good points too - she is brave and loyal, willing to go to death and back for people she claims her allies. She is confident in her body and personality and is hardworking, often times working her fingers to the bones, and clever. When associating with people, she comes off as indifferent and cold, though she doesn't mean to, she just finds it difficult to express her feelings.


Bio:
Joseph was born in Tulwa, Alabama to a family that lived on the outskirts, surrounded by the woods. When Joseph was around three years old, her mother developed cancer and, unfortunately, died, leaving Joseph in the care of her father. Her father was a man with a rough personality, and many would say he was a redneck. Often times, he would chew tobacco while watching TV or leave early in the morning to go hunting, leaving Joseph in the care of her aunt. When Joseph reached the age of nine, Joseph Sr. started bringing Joseph with him to hunting and allow her to watch TV with him, though he preferred to do alone because he hated when people talked. As such, Joseph grew up on hunting, knowing how to handle a gun by the age of ten, and deer for dinner, or whatever else they caught that day. When Joseph was twelve, she showed an interest in bow hunting, and so her father bought her a bow and spent an hour a day giving her tips before he went inside, leaving Joseph to practicing until dinner time. It soon became Joseph’s favorite way of hunting. Around the age of thirteen, Joseph Sr. had bought an American Foxhound puppy for Joseph which she trained to help her deer hunt and became her best friend. During high school, Joseph did well in the academics, but often times would skip to hunt or fish with her dad, leading to many suspensions and a near-expulsion. When she graduated high school, Joseph didn’t know what to do with her life and so she pretended as if she didn’t need to do anything, filling her time with hunting and fishing while living with her dad.

Family: Rose Williams;; Mother. Victor Williams;; Father. They are both back in Chicago, and from when he last heard from them, they're living an average, nice life.

Personality: James is an ambitious, down-to-earth young man;; There isn't over-all, much to say. He doesn't much enjoy dramatics, and can be a bit short-tempered with the people he conceives to be annoying. Otherwise, he's usually cool-headed, focused on the tasks at hand, while being laidback with those he calls friends. He doesn't enjoy dishonesty when it's directed towards him, and as such, he only has a few friends - but those few friends are close-knit and trustworthy. People can sometimes be intimidated by him, but that's mainly when he's annoyed. Over-all, he's adaptable to many situations, and has an over-all good heart;; which is why he has plans on serving his country fully once he graduates uni. He's a good listener, but this can almost make him seem emotionally reserved - but that's not the case. He laughs and grins, and things such as that. He just keeps his softer emotions to himself, and doesn't like showing weakness to others. When situations get dark or serious, he's usually the one to adapt quickly, working to control the situation - or, if he cannot, or if more able people are doing it - he'll take care of himself.

Bio: James was eventually born in Chicago, to a middle-class family in the suburban area. His father was an Airman in the military, and was thusly hardly home, and his mother was a hard-working woman that slaved as a full-time maid, to both her home and her job at the Chicago Town Cafe. He went to school at Chicago High, and had average to above average grades - the standard GPA for smart dudes. He played all kinds of sports, such as rugby, football, and even soccer for a time, until he graduated high-school at the age of 17, with a few scholarships in a few colleges and universities. It was around this time that he moved to Philadelphia, establishing a job as a Starbucks employee, and officially getting into Philadelphia University.

He had plans of serving in the military, the goal inspired by his father's service. The man was honest, and James had learned more about him after he was honorably discharged due to a leg injury. Life was looking up, as the years moved by. In his freshman year of University, he met a guy that would eventually become a close friend, Miller Anderson. He did good in University, quickly rising up in the ranks as a Marine ROTC cadet, whilst playing football whenever he wasn't too busy. On breaks and weekends, he either hanged out with his friends, or headed out to the gym or shooting range. His future was set in stone, he was getting good grades, had good friends...and then the talk of the virus became more pronounced. He eventually thought nothing of it, although he became more cautious around others, and made sure to stay clear of any sickness or rumors of disease. Unknown to him, things would become a lot more heated in the coming days.

Job Before The Outbreak: University student, ROTC cadet, and part-time Starbucks employee. He had joined the Reserves for the Marines a few months ago, as the 'pre' conditioning for his future career, and had plans of entering the active Marine duty itself once he finished his senior year in University. But, you know, this shit happens.

Disability/Fear: He has a personal fear of his close friends and families dying, and it tends to hit him more emotionally. Due to this, he tends to do dangerous things, if it means saving his family or close friends.

Weapon of Choice: He has a gun license, and legally owns a Glock 21. It's usually in his night-stand, beside his bed, and he has an ammo box in the top of his closet. Other than this, his dorm has multiple kitchen knives and blunt objects, if those counts as weapons?

Supplies: A multi-tool, because stuff tends to break in modern days. He also has his wallet, with a few hundred dollar bills inside, and a picture of his mom and dad. I'm a bit confused. If this is starting during times of peace, where there's no panic, looting, all that stuff, why would we keep supplies on us?

Personality: Thomas is a moderatley devout Modern Orthodox Jew. He is a generally optomistix person, but his mood can become angry at the drop of a hat. He is eady to get along with, and is passionate about his job as a doctor.

Bio: James was raised in Michigan in a Jewish family with many brothers and sisters. He always wanted to be a doctor, and when he finished high school he went to university to get qualified faster. Whilst there, he met a Jewish girl, and they fell in love. Whilst they were still in university, they got married and had a child, Thomas. They aimed to raise him a correct Jewish way. Thomas decided to stay with his wife and child in the UK, and became a dual American-Bitish citizen, like his child. Unfortunately, when Thomas was ten, Alice died, and Thomas began to be rebellious. This became worse when James was told that his child had made a girl pregnant. This angered his so much that he decided to move back to America, taking up a job in Philadelphia. They have lived there for the past four years.

Job Before The Outbreak: Doctor at a local hospital.

Disability/Fear: Bad eyesight, requires glasses for everything.

Weapon of Choice: James is not traied in any fighting, but when he was a teen ager hr got into fights with his brothers, meaning thay he is slightly good at hand to hand comat.

Bio: Thomas was born to two Jewish parents whilst they were in university in the UK, causing him to speak with a British accent. His father was studying medicine and his mother was studying journalism. When he was born they made sure that they raised him in a Jewish way. When Thomas was ten years old, his mother died in a car accident. After this, he began showing some rebellious behaviour. Two months ago, he had sex with a girl, and it resulted in him getting her pregnant. When he tod his father, he decided to move themback to the US, and got a job at a hospital in Philadelphia. They were in the US within a week. Three years ago, Thomas began to develop schizophrenia, and is now on medication for it. He has had no contact with the mother of his child since he moved, but gave her his new address.

Weapon of Choice: Thomas has been in more than a few fights, and goes to the gym every once in a while. He is alright at fighting with his hands and feet.

Personality: Kayla is usually seen as a very friendly and an approachable person who is always very loving and caring to those who she considers friends, she can be protective over members of her family as well as her very close friends. She enjoys going out and having some fun and living life to its fullest. Kayla is rarely ever seen alone and with either her friends or family when they are visiting her or when she is not busy.

Bio: Kayla was born and raised in the city of Pittsburgh as a young girl Kayla grew up to be a rather happy and cheerful little girl, her mother worked as a high school teacher while her father worked as a police officer. She is also very close to her older sister who is seven years older then she is, as Kayla reached elementary school she started to have to wear glasses and continued to wear them well into high school before getting contacts. When Kayla got into high school she fell in love with acting, while she was in downtown Pittsburgh a tv studio was hosting auditions to a leading acting role in an up coming show called Wolves of Red Lake. Curious she decided to audition to it and a few days later she got the leading role of Riley Stark in the show.

Juggling a show and high school Kayla was still able to pass school with flying colors, and when the first season ended and out of high school Kayla was asked to help promote the show, and went to the UK where she met a guy around her age named Thomas. Something's happened and by the time she was about to finish the tour she started to feel weird and went to a local doctor in the UK and found that she was now pregnant. She waited a few weeks before finally telling him but since then she hasn't talked to him yet and scared about everything now two months pregnant she kept the new address and surprised he was in Philadelphia as well.. She was also asked by her older sister to watch over her niece when she got back home, shortly after finding out her sister Alicia was getting treatment for cancer. Being the sister she was she agreed to and took some vacation time off.

Disability/Fear: Very poor eyesight and Kayla is rarely ever seen without wearing either glasses or contact lenses, she is also two months currently pregnant.

Personality:
Laura has a cheerful and bubbly disposition that usually brightens up the people she meets. She is hardworking and honest and always completes whatever she sets out to accomplish. Down-to-earth yet mischievous, she loves teasing people she knows. Her jokes are otherwise harmless, meant more for the fun factor than anything else. She is always seen as the joker of the group, even when nobody finds her jokes funny. A trustworthy and loyal friend, she is one to confide in and a good listener. She is prone to being over-emotional at times and that can lead to impairment of judgement when making certain decisions. A character who appreciates and understand the value of having fun, she can always be seen having fun whenever she can, making the most of what she has in her current circumstances.

Bio:
Born in Sydney, Australia, Laura lived there until she was ten before the family immigrated to the United States when her father got a job posting there. The entire family then relocated to the bustling city of Philadelphia. They were a medium-wealth family, and enjoyed the luxuries a family such as one could afford. They neither had too much nor too little. The Miller's family life was simple enough yet satisfactory. As Laura grew up, she got involved into sports and began to learning to play and ejoy baseball. Another popular subject she knew and came to enjoy was guns. Her father, a gun aficionado came to teach his only daughter how to handle and manage several types of guns ranging from pistols to rifles, much to her mother's disapproval. She taught it was very unladylike of her to be around guns all day.

Another thing to add to the unladylike list was her fond for anything mechanical. She loved repairing items and could be seen either helping out her father has he repaired the broken down household appliances among others. Her brother shared her interest in guns, and the father and his two children would often go off hunting and camping or into the shooting ranges with their guns. When Jack graduated from University, he got a lucrative job offer from an overseas based multinational corporation, and so he left the states for his new career. Laura was left home alone with her parents as she eventually graduated from school. After graduating from school, she went on to work as a mechanic in an automobile shop.

Job Before the Outbreak:

Disability/Fear:
Laura has a fear of heights, and tend to often get vertigo when she gets up to high places or heights. She also tends to have a fear of the sea, and would avoid it whenever she can.

Weapon of choice:
Being the gun nut she is, she has a gun license and Sig Sauer P226 pistol. She also has a machete that she carries around with for close encounters. She used to carry it around when she went hunting with her father and brother.

Supplies:
A backpack containing a water canteen, some preserved cans of food, a torchlight, her wallet, her phone, two sets of spare underwear, her journal, and few ballpoint pens to write with. These were the usual stuff she carried with her when she went hunting and camping in the past.

Personality
It is somewhat difficult to get to like Evie. She can be pretentious and judgmental and often times puts down others when she doesn't even know it. She hates people who are immature and unprofessional. Subsequently, she is well composed and organized and expects others to be. However, while Evie likes to control the world around her, she has no control over her emotions. Anger, fear, sadness, these can all ruin her perfectly coordinated plans rather easily. Evie can have a breakdown and not even know its coming. Nor can she get herself back together easily. Yet, this emotional side of hers is her most redeeming quality. She loves easily and is more trusting. She is generous and willing to help those in need. And despite how in control she likes to think she is, she relies on others for support when she needs it.

Bio
Evie was born to Tomas and Darcy Ryan, a couple straight out of a romantic comedy. Cute and madly in love they were happily married and had three children. Evie was the oldest, followed by her brother Chase, and then her baby brother Bryan. However, when Evie was 9 years old her mother was murdered while trying to stop a deranged man from attacking an elderly woman on the street. The family was devastated, especially Tomas. He became obsessed with hating the man, Jerry Cormack. The man, Jerry, was institutionalized due to mental illness but Tomas swore it wasn't enough. The alcohol was soon to follow. Tomas barely worked anymore and his kids were hardly on his mind. Little Evie was left to take care of her 5 and 7 year old little brothers.

Evie had to make sure that her little brothers dressed and ready for school every day while her father slept in. Once they got home Evie helped them with their homework before figuring out dinner. Most times before Evie knew how to cook she would just take money from her passed out father's wallet and order take out. After dinner she would do her own homework while her brothers watched television or played games. Finally Evie put her brothers to bed and did it all over again the next day.

Years went by and her father began to get better. He was working more and had cut drinking down to only weekends. He would tell Evie how he missed her mother. He would tell her stories of their childhood and Evie would laugh. Things were almost normal again. Unfortunately it didn't last long as her father began getting sick. It wasn't long until they discovered he had Leukemia. And so Evie began not only taking care of her brothers but her father as well. It was also around this time that Evie took her first art class. She instantly fell in love. It was the only time she could ignore her responsibilities and just focus on her art.

It was years before her father had finally recovered from his illness... though you can hardly call it recovering. A shell of the man he use to be, her father would never be completely healthy but it was as healthy as he could be. Evie was going to college studying Fine Art. Though she had to go to community college as she couldn't leave home just yet. Her brothers needed her to take them to and from practice and games not to mention cook dinner for them and her father. Oh, and do their laundry. And clean. She didnt need to dress them anymore and beat up the little boys who picked on them but she still had to take care of them.

Finally, when her brothers entered college Evie was ready to leave home. She went to Pittsburgh to continue studying in graduate school. It was far but Evie liked the distance. She was finally free from being a mom. Though, this became a problem with her boyfriend for six years. He wanted to get married and start a family and that was the last thing she wanted. After another year or so he couldn't wait for her anymore and left her. Now 32 and single Evie doesn't know what she wants.

Not only is Evie lack muscle mass, but she is scared easily. She is afraid of monsters, ghosts, and ghouls. Respectively she is afraid of the dark. Evie is also afraid of heights and afraid of being in a speeding vehicle.

Weapon of Choice:
The only weapon Evie has is a mace spray.

Supplies
Evie usually carries a clutch with some cash (usually around $100 in various bills), credit cards, drivers licences, and a few other random cards/papers. She has an android powered smart phone that she sometimes has trouble using- sometimes. She also has a set of keys to her house, her car, and to her office as well as a key to the art supply room. Other than her Mace she usually has a bottle of water and a snack of some sort (a granola bar, an apple, etc.).

The best way to describe Melissa is, well, odd. She seems normal at first until maybe five minutes after you talk to her and start noticing her idiosyncrasies. Sometimes she simply says things in an unusual way, other times she seems to be talking about something completely irrelevant. Though, despite her oddities, she is all around pleasant to be around. She is friendly and sweet and always tried to help when she can.

Bio
Melissa was raised by a single mother who worked hard long hours. As a result she spent a lot of time with babysitters or alone. In school she didn't have many friends and rarely talked. However, when she was 12 she fell in love with her mathematics teacher, a tall young man man with a friendly smile. He would always convince her to talk in class and participate in class activities. And so she found herself constantly asking for help with her work just so he would talk to her. So he would smile at her. She stayed late for extra credit and sometimes just to talk to him. Finally, at the end of the year, she asked him if he had a girlfriend. This was obviously a red light for him and he explained to her that he was just her teacher and she was just his student. The rest of that summer she sulked...

Though, when her next school year began she discovered she was in his class once again. She was overjoyed but she knew he could never be with her... And so she began searching for anything that could change that. What she found was magic. Or at least what she thought was magic. And so she spent that year trying to create love potions or charms for him. However, before she could see her results, her mother told her they were moving away. Melissa was infuriated. She pleaded with her mother telling her she loved someone dearly here and she couldn't leave them. Her mother assured her she would find someone else and before she knew it she was moving into a new home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Melissa was crushed... until she received a letter from her love in the mail! It was simply saying that he was sad to lose her as a student and that he loved the time they spent together. Melissa took this as a sign of success from her magics.

And so Melissa continued her magic. Though, as she got older she understood that most of the magic she knew didn't work. Or at least in the conventional sense. She still reads palms and tarot and more. Having graduated high school, Melissa attends college but she is undecided on a major.

He is about 6"6' tall and has a solid muscular build from sports and working out. Across his back is a large scar that stretches from his top right shoulder to his left lowermost rib.

Personality: Jack is a well liked guy. Wherever he goes he seems to have a natural air that draws people to him. When set with a task, Jack will put all his effort into it. He doesn't give up easily when he has his mind set. In sports he is aggressive, always leading him to success. When it comes to people the aggressive side of him tends to melt away. He can't bear to see himself hurt people physically. As such he is a very dedicated friend who will be loyal till the end.

Bio: Jack grew up in a well off family. They weren't rich or anything, but they didn't have to worry about money when they went to buy groceries. He was born in California, and lived there till the age of 10. That was the year that they moved to Philadelphia. At that age it felt like his life was ruined. All his friends would be gone, and he wouldn't know a soul in this foreign land.

For a while after they moved, Jack was depressed. What was he going to do with his life here. Back in California he hadn't had to worry about that, but everything here was so different. Then he found sports. Basketball, Lacrosse, Football, he played them all. At that moment his life changed for the better and he started to make friends on the teams. School became a breeze for him. After school he attended a 2-year college and began to work in a mechanic shop. Some place he could use his hands and still have to for a pick-up game after.

Job Before The Outbreak: engineer/mechanic

Disability/Fear: Jack is terrified of hurting the people he knows and is close to.

Weapon of Choice: a makeshift spear created out of a machete duct taped extensively to a lacrosse stick handle.

Supplies: Iphone 6, leather wallet with 23 dollars and 11 cents in it in addition to his license, in a sports bag he carries: deodorant, a half gallon of water, lacrosse tape, a sports bar, a crowbar, white headphones, and a flashlight.

Personality:
Alexandra is quietly forceful, original, and sensitive. Tending to stick to things until they are done. Extremely thorough, responsible, and dependable. Well-respected for her perseverance in doing the right thing. Very individualistic, rather than leading or following. Biography:
Alexandra was born and raised in Manhattan, New York along side her brother Jordan with their mother and father. Their father worked as a lawyer and was the most hardworking man Alex had ever met before. Her mother however was a housewife, she looked after the children whilst her father always seemed to be out working. During childhood, Alexandra nor Jordan ever saw their father a lot of the time and this often caused a lot of arguments between their parents. When Alex reached the age of twelve, she had noticed her parents were arguing a lot more than usual. Her brother still very little, she was alone and often hid away from her arguing parents. Due to her small frame she often hid in wardrobes or cupboards. Her parents not long after divorced, her father leaving them alone with their unemployed mother. The idea of moving away then came into play and the family of three packed their bags and moved away to Philadelphia. With Alex's father having not left the family any money, they began to struggle a lot early on. They lived in a one bedroom apartment with her mother sleeping on the sofa. She picked up a job to try and support Alex and Jordan but with her not having worked a lot, she began to get overly stressed and turned to alcohol. Alexandra, reaching her teens, often had to pick up the pieces of her mother and took up an early job to help provide for her family. She developed a anxiety disorder and often couldn't leave her mother or brother's side without getting a panic attack. Alex then went on providing for her family and juggling with school at the same time until it all got too much and she sent her mother away to get medical help. Leaving Alex to provide only for her and her brother. Their mother after coming out of rehab has moved back in with them and they have not been in contact with their father since he left.

Personality:
Quan is a shadow of society, distancing himself from its members more often than not. With few friends and many "associates", his introverted nature is facilitated by his general lack of interest in most things. Quan rarely attempts to stand out in a crowd, though sometimes, it backfires and attention is directed towards him anyway. Regardless of what he calls "unnecessary attention", he is soft-spoken and thoughtful, even in his shyness.


Biography:
Quan was not always the depressive, reserved individual that he is now; there was a time when he was like the other adult's children, enjoying youth with friends and the like. Born in Buras, Louisiana, he was the energetic youngest son that his family poured all their love and resources into, though his parents had already been divorced before his birth. Two years down the line, the family eventually separated from one another, with Quan and his two older brothers moving to Philadelphia with their mother. During elementary school, they would learn that his father perished from Hurricane Katrina's devastating path through their former home state.

In Pennsylvania, Quan lived a happy childhood and grew up a healthy child, growing taller than his family members by the time he was in middle school. He was notorious for being a troublemaker throughout the years, proud to be one of the "popular kids" as he spent late nights playing video games and moving onto other hobbies in high school. During his sophomore year, Quan befriended a girl named Julia who was two years older than him and ran away from her parents' home, and the two began seeing one another soon after.

It was evident that Julia was suffering from her own personal demons, but whenever Quan attempted to soothe her, she would state that nothing was wrong. Worrying about prying too much, he decided to not pursue the issue persistently. This decision would change almost every aspect of Quan for the rest of his life afterwards; at the end of the school year, when he went to the usual spot that he and Julia would hang out, he only found a letter that said she was ending her life. Unable to believe it, he searched for her, even traveling to the southern parts of the state on one occasion and looking. After days of searching, Julia's letter proved to be true; people discovered a girl's body washed up in the Delaware River near the Ben Franklin Bridge.

From this point on, Quan withdrew himself from society; he cut off almost all of his activities and relationships with friends, and locked himself in his room, confiding in his longtime hobby of playing video games. During his junior and senior years, he has been at odds with his family because of his lack of preparation for his future, and is constantly threatened to be kicked out onto the streets.

Like most people who invested a large amount of time into video games and the Internet, Quan was no stranger to the zombie threat, and instantly recognized the virus as the comings of a zombie apocalypse when the leaks came through that it was bringing the dead back to life.


Disabilities / Fears:
Quan suffers from a moderate case of depression, and has not made the initiative to seek help. As a result, he can become extremely volatile in times of heavy stress and pressure, often lashing out on others in physical and verbal abuse if his emotions remain bottled for long periods of time. He is claustrophobic, and shows anxiety being around many people.


Weapon(s):
For now, a pocket knife that Quan always had in case he would need to protect himself.
