It's not really worth it till they do something stupid or if the cops run into you and automaticly get on you for their mistake.

But then more come they become more of a nuisance when you kill more of them, and I mean they piss me off in the worst ways some times, like just driving to the store and someone with the cops on them ride by, one of the cops will rear end your car and keep going, or rear end you and just get on you for it, it's easier to just say fuck'em and get what you gotta get done.

The matter of the senseless slaughter of inocent NPCs is a very important one.

In these cases just block an important road/bridge with a truck, find yourself (or outright cheat) a rocket launcher and be happy.

I'm online when cops act stupid, and I get where your going KoL, but killing more cops brings more, in this case, the problem isn't shoot it, but say fuck it and escape from it, you can't just kill cops till they get off you, it just leads to more til you die from being over welmed by their numbers KoL it's like trying to kill seven fire ant hills with only your feet, your gonna lose that fight. You know what let's just stop this discussion like Ariamis said it not really worth discussing too much.

Ordinarily I would allow it but since we have quite a few Magical Girls already running around, I'm going to have to deny that request. Unless the second character isn't going to be a Magical Girl?

Not quite. I was thinking, the ghost of a deceased Magical Girl. Amara will be literally haunted by her death.

Edit: Like I said, strange idea. But workable.

Will I need to make a CS for her?

Edit: You could even work her into the story as another victim of the unknown killer if you want.
