Had to see the nurse probably. Sprained ankle, fever, malaria, gouged eyeball, you know, things that you see the nurse for. Some more than others and you might want to go to hospital for the malaria thing but it's up to you really.

Thinking he woke up realizing he was late, and of course rushed around trying to get ready and then fell down the dormitory steps breaking an arm or such. Not a big thing, something that would be easily fixed as Tip said. But enough to excuse his lateness.

Almost wish I were playing a brainier character. Richard would have four probable solutions to the problem by the end of class. Charlotte isn't likely to come up with any good ideas.

Well, that's another thing too. Richard(Eyeris knows the character) is fifth year, so even ignoring his creative and intellectual nature, he'd have a leg up on the characters in this RP.

I think I'ma post soon. Have we done a head count recently to see who is still in the RP?

But malaria though. It is an interesting question to ask. Can magic cure cancer? Probably not but I'm just wondering.

On this topic, I'm pretty sure Pottermore has some information on that. If I remember correctly, magic can cure just about any Muggle disease. But magic diseases are much worse. Small-scale example might be Harry's arm in second year. A broken bone would have been easy to fix, having to regrow them was painful. The impression I get is that wizards can catch diseases but the magic in them fixes it, but there's probably some magical version of it that's much worse anyway.

Yeah, like instead of measles or something, the Wizards have Spattergroit. :)
