I do kinda like fighting games, I just never really got into the likes of Tekken or Street Fighter.
I think it's obvious by now that the first fighting game I ever really played was Super Smash Bros., so I hope you can understand why I posted what I posted back there.
Yeah, I understand. I guess I'm just kind of anxious about seeing Pokemon battles being represented in a more realistic format: The games really only roughly gave you an idea of what was happening through the move names and simple animations, and the anime is the shitty kind of shonen where they have to stop the action every other attack to have all the characters individually try to explain why what just happened was super duper jaw-droppingly awesome to the audience instead of conveying that through, y'know, the actual battle.

I've seen clips, it's so awesome. As amazingly meme worth as the Road Roller Da is, it's funny that people seem to forget that the one time Dio used it, it failed.
I'm still waiting for a release date on Eyes of Heaven so I know when I'll finally be able to play as "Best Waifu" Speedwagon and "BEST IN THE WORLD" Stroheim.
You can't really fault him for trying, though. This guy's level of Genre Savvy is off the charts to the point where Jotaro had to stop his own heart just to get the guy to let his guard down. Either way, I think it's kind of weird that people think of the Road Roller as one of his staple "techniques" like it is in the spin-off games (which is indeed probably for it's sheer memetic value). I always thought that the only reason he used it once was because it was a spur of the moment thing.
