...Y'know, they'd be a lot more balanced if they went like the following:

Monster Type(s): Xyz/Effect/Spellcaster
Effect: 3 level 4 monsters
You can detach Xyz material to target one Monster Card in either player's Graveyard: Banish that target. This card's name becomes the same as that card until the end of the turn. You can not activate or Summon any other cards with "Black Joker" in their name as long as this card remains face-up on the field.

No, no. Something of that power level should be the DEFAULT. Yours was powerspiked to all hell. If you'd make it an archtype the effects should be even worse, but also remove the "Only one" restriction.

I agree with this, because you could use cards that only target certain named monsters, etc

I'll probably post my sheet sometime in the next few days, once I get the time to figure out how to make a poo-tastic wind-up deck that'll have a lot of JUGGLER Honeybees. And probably no Wind-Up Arsenal or Zenmaioh to start.
