He is but he's currently fighting Loki and Sthor, now that @Bright_Ops has re-appeared.

Also @The Kid Lantern me and @Natty are waiting on ya buddy.

Well basically by the time they get to NYC presumably Tony will be available. He'll just need a little healing up in SHIELD HQ but he'll be back to work. Slightly pissed and working on a new Iron Man suit but still he'll be there.

S.H.I.E.L.D New York basically. As their HQ is in Washington :P

I think though you kind of want to go Hulkbuster route we'll wait a while for Iron Man and Hulk too fight to the point he realizes he needs one :P

Well I want a suit that will work primarily for V 2.0, but yeah he'll probably make a 'Tarenebuster' (Since he doesn't realize he'll need to bust a hulk soon) to go with it. But in the meantime I'll need to do some other stuff.

Well on a good day in the MCU right now Thor and Iron Man can go at it for days, problem is your Iron Man wasn't quite ready for that :P.

Also he doesn't need to bust a Hulk "Soon". I mean if you do go with a fight before a Hulkbuster is made prepare for your ass to be TRULY kicked compared to only slightly kicked if you're in a Hulkbuster. If you really wanna cut corners there's always my lovely NPC route with General Ross. He can whisper in your ear and spread some HulkHate.
