Hello everyone! I found this Cold War RP and decided to join. I already posted my character sheet in it's respective thread and I'm playing as South Africa, which could be a problem since South Africa is still under the UK at this time and we don't have a UK player, but oh well.

EDIT: South Africa at this time wasn't under UK as in UK controlled everything, but had a large amount of independence, like Canada at this time.

If truly no one else wants to go UK I suppose I could take over... They were my original choice until I figured Finland would be more interesting. As I say if no one else wants to do it I'll take over if the GM wants.

I think UK would be more crucial to this than Finland so I'd say it's the better choice. Finland was neutral too so played a less prominent role. Now if we could just get a West Germany...

Yeah, I chose Finland because this is at least in theory alternate history. Poor little Finland.

UK it is. I'll get a post up later. I'll need to be reminded if anyone has sent any letters/whatever else to the UK in previous posts that they want answered.

That would be utterly ridiculous xD It would take decades for this to finish. No we haven't actually decided on a time frame...

Yeah, it was late when I asked that. Wasn't exactly thinking, lol. But it worried me as everyone was RP'ing the day by day so far.

Yes, that's essentially it. Just use common sense pretty much and don't move too far ahead without my permission. And wow, I have quite a few posts to read and catch up on now since I was away most of the day yesterday.
