I had the following idea a couple of weeks ago:
Kind of a spin on Data Squad, but with 100% more goggles. :P
I was hoping this could be a small group RP, with no more than 6 players. The RP would have mini-arcs (joining the team, first mission, etc.) which would be chronicled in the first OoC post.
So, any takers?
In 2002, phenomena happened all over the world that were soon dismissed as mass hysteria. The Digimon returned to the Digital World, and began a new life away from their human friends. Digimon continued to be a worldwide phenomenon. However, cybercrime and cyberterrorism have been an ever-increasing problem.
Then contact was made with the Digital World once again. Although only fourteen years passed on Earth, millenia had passed in the Digital World. The realm was peaceful, led by Yggdrasil and protected by his thirteen Royal Knights. A deal was brokered between Earth governments and the Digital World, allowing humans and Digimon to use the Digital World's direct access to the internet to apprehend cyberterrorists and cybercriminals.
But there has been a disturbing trend as of late: more and more criminals have partnered up with Digimon. Tamers and DigiDestined are needed once again to protect the human and Digital worlds.
