I honestly wouldn't call Joulie a valkyrie. If she was, she'd be closer to a human/angel I think.

As someone who also has a fet- preference for valkyries, norse culture, and stuff like that in general...eh, not seeing it.

The rule is:

"You can do anything as long as you aren't caught."

No, but speaking seriously, murder isn't as big of a thing here as in other places. So, theft, kidnapping, and similar crimes are a lot more serious than one would expect. Director A's mercy is non-existant too, so he is judge jury and executioner, quite literally.

My advice? Don't go the delinquent route.
