Appearance: Felicity is a tall pale skinned beauty with dark red almost black hair. Her eyes are a bright green, her lips often painted a similar shade to her hair. When meeting people for her services as an infernalist, she frequently wears a dark flowing dresses, which hug her sinful curves while revealing little skin.

Personality: Felicity presents a cold front to those she does business with. She is very businesslike, until they start making their direct requests, as she offers additional depravities and tortures to the victims of her services. She often disturbs those who are not used to her. When in a less “professional” setting, she does her best to relax and forget about work. She laughs easily, though one may get the sense that such laughter is forced. Felicity doesn’t get close to others easily, though she would relish the chance to experience real intimacy with someone that she does not want money or power from.

Bio: Felicity has had a long history of trading her body for power. It started small, the power to live and feed herself for example. She was born to a poor family in the worst slums of Santa Somabra. Her parents died when she was just fifteen, leaving her and her younger sibling to fend for themselves. After three years of making herself available for the workers and thugs in the slum, for nothing more than scraps of food for herself, and her family, she decided that it was time that she sought patrons that would pay better for her services. Demonic summonings aren’t so hard for a woman who cares not for the sanctity of her own body. After several deals that have allowed her to gain real power, she was finally able to stand up to the gang lords who were taking the majority of her earnings for their “protection”. Things got out of hand and now there are three dead Reapers and a giant target over her neighborhood.

Felicity ran, taking her siblings with her. She continued her research, learning more of these depraved beings. Paying them in blood and suffering to protect the few that she desperately wanted to remain pure. Or if that wasn’t possible to at least be shielded from the worst of this horrid city. She didn’t know when she become an expert in the binding of demons, but somewhere along the road after performing perversions for various beings, she had amassed a library of True Names and runes for the control and summoning of the worst of beasts.

She realizes that her family will never be safe so long as they are weak as they are. She hires out her demons now, amassing wealth to elevate her family so that they won’t have to suffer the same indignities as she did. Her reputation has been established amongst the blood blooms, the Nyctari, and the Mortovanni family. Her powers are excellent for providing additional potency to the Mortovanni’s already demonically enhanced soldiers, while her experience in the sale of flesh has translated beautifully in the capture and trade of others. She uses the majority of her gains to maintain her five siblings safe lodgings, ensuring that they live comfortably and boringly away from the filthy true soul of this city.

Other: Felicity has established herself as an infernalist for hire among the criminal worst of Santa Sombra. Not only has she collected a vast library of true names of powerful demons, but she’s established a type of rapport with the disgusting creatures. A few blessing she has acquired for herself are a powerful glamour to attract attention when appropriate, and turn it away when it is not. She has also enhanced her strength and speed, more out of a desire to ever feel powerless than anything else. She still isn’t terribly well trained in combat, relying mostly on the desperate ferocity and instinct for violence of someone who has had the weight of a family's survival on her shoulders for years.

Felicity has a familiar by the name of Tuck, an imp that she uses as a scout, and occasional sex slave, as her experience with demons has stoked her lusts to unnatural levels. Tuck frequently complains that his mistress is too vanilla, and that she won’t even rip out his entrails. However, he serves adroitly, as he knows well that a good way to pay a demon is to let them “play” with a useful tool of yours.
