Bio: Known as a hardcore PvE player, Watcher is one of the first to have earned the Full Clear achievement for clearing all PvE content including the difficult Hyperion Mercenary Company Raid within the first week with his group of friends. The Watcher is a unique sniper rifle earned from the heroic version of the arctic zone dungeon in Exodus rewarded to the first Overwatch class to clear it. Janus named his character after it after learning about this rifle in the beta and made it his goal to earn it in launch. It has the best scope and accuracy in the game along with a average critical mulitplier for a sniper rifle. This particular weapon has a limited ammo type pool being limited to AP and Electrical bullets.
Last Waltz is a high-end craftable handgun with a very short range and fairly high power. It has a wide range of elemental ammo types in can use, making it very versatile.
Frostbite Grenades are another high-end craftable weapon that while aren't spectacular in the damage area are well-known for being very effective area-of-effect crowd control. The explode on contact causing the direct target to gain the frozen status for three seconds and adjacent targets to be rooted for the same period of time. It also causes the terrain in a ten meter radius to gain the difficult terrain debuff forcing movement to be limited to walking for fifteen seconds before the ice vaporizes.
A Hyperion Mercenary Company raid reward and one of the best grappling devices in the game, the HMC Grappler has a range of ten stories allowing for a quick ascension in about twenty seconds at maximum range.
Abilities
This ability scans a 100 meter radius around Watcher for unfriendly traps and opponents, but it also alerts opponents to the fact that they have been scanned by giving them the "Scanned" debuff. This ability allows for Watcher and his team to see where enemies are when they are scanned. This ability has a thirty second cooldown.
After remaining still for ten seconds, Watcher gains the cloaked status hiding him from radar and vision. Moving causes his skill to go on cooldown for one minute and he remains cloaked for another five seconds.
