@Heckno12 Yeah, and it can learn a few Fighting moves, which could counter the massive Rock weakness. Also, its Swarm ability could make the low defense work in its favour.

@LuckyBlackCat Maybe with a focus sash, but ability wise iron fist works more to its favor. Unfortunately without a sash any super effective move it's gone.

@Heckno12 Talking of hidden abilities...

How do we get Pokemon with hidden abilities in this? Ok, there's going to be the event Darumaka, and Oscar has a Torchic with Speed Boost, which makes sense as he got it from an egg he was given. So, can other Pokemon we get given have their hidden abilities? Is there a chance of getting these Pokemon in the wild, for the sake of variety?

@LuckyBlackCat Yep, no dream world here. I'd say they were less common than the regular counterparts, but they certainly still exist around.

I should remind you all that the clones can have just about any ability that Team Noble wants to bestow. Aside from wonder guard of course.

@Heckno12 Ok. I might get an Exeggcute with Harvest. I don't know if Chlorophyll would be useful or just too risky.

Do the clones also have some moves they can't usually learn? That could be a stand-in for Shadow moves.

@Noxx Sophia, Alexis and Oscar all have 3 Pokemon each. You could get a Munchlax in Mesalon, there are loads of Normal types around. (Let's just say we're all going to get to Mesalon quickly...) If you leave food out, you could find one.

@Iatos When did Kero get a TM?

Also... It's still daytime. You wouldn't be able to get an Umbreon during the day. I mean if you really wanted to evolve your Eevee this early (you do only have one Pokemon, after all) you could get an Espeon.

@Iatos Yeah, that works better. You can always get an Umbreon later. (Remember you can catch Eevees in most locations.)

@Iatos Ok, that next one can evolve into Umbreon if you want... I'm just going to say this, though.

I'll let you get away with evolving a Pokemon early this once, but before you evolve the other Eevees you get, you wouldn't mind waiting until other people's teams are stronger? That way, things stay balanced.

Also, bear in mind your Espeon is still low level. He probably used Confusion rather than Psychic. (That would still knock the grunt over.)

@OtomostheCrazy You seem to still like using Swagger, though... Well, that can make a Pokemon do quite a bit of damage to itself.

I was planning something similar for Sophia, who's gradually going to use less stuff like Reflect and Light Screen, and is going to focus more on attacks, at least for a while. That's ok, right? I think those two are going to have quite a few parallels in terms of plot and character development...
