Personality: There's always a slight air of mystery about Zann, his behavior can often be described as peculiar and he is rather mischievous, but he is mostly friendly.

Equipment: Zann doesn't carry much equipment of his own, he only even wears clothes in his human form, but he is capable of using a vast array of weapons and can borrow from the agency's armory as needed.

Abilities: Aside from his shapeshifting Zann is an adept wielder of his Fox-fire and a very skilled illusionist. His illusions can be almost indiscernible from reality, and some can even interact with the world as if they were real, an ability he uses to create duplicates of himself during combat. Due to his time posing as a servant to the onmyōji he has learned the art of Onmyōdō, further enhancing his elemental abilities and allowing him to generate and detonate singularities to create powerful shockwaves.

Skills: In terms of combat Zann is a skilled hand-to-hand fighter, decent bladesman, and expert at throwing knives, and an okay shot with a gun. He usually prefers to fight hand-to-hand in his kitsune form, using his magic to reinforce his claws and fangs, making them capable of piercing anything he can get at with them. In other skills he can seem almost omnipotent, capable of doing or quickly learning almost anything, from cooking and mending clothes to computer programming/repair and even mechanical engineering. driving confounds him to no end, however.

Brief Backstory: It's proven impossible to track down the exact origins of Zann. He makes brief difficult-to-spot appearances throughout history. Then first sightings of him were in Japan during the late Azuchi–Momoyama period. While most of his appearances are brief, with him disappearing again shortly after, some extended appearances have him posing as a servant with the Bureau of Onmyō, likely to learn their magic if his abilities are any indication. As time passed and it became more and more difficult for even a kitsune to remain hidden from the world it became inevitable that he would be tracked down by the outbreak agency or some similar organization, so before that could happen he came to them and asked to join, becoming the personal assistant to Kitagawa Miyu. He is not listed as an official agent.
