We need a character that is not a level 8. Ria and Kaname are the strongest in the entire Colorsverse who is not a level 10. Unless Grey has other goodies..
Go for level 6 or 7.

I was actually under the impression 7 was the cap to start out. Works either way.

@Feisty-Pants Quick question about that - which one of us would have stronger control of charged particles? Koto, with her molecular telekinesis, or Koko, with his power literally just about charged particles.

Unfortunately for me, I'm leaning more towards Koto ;-;

@VocabI think that more because of differing power levels then powersets. If they were on equal terms then I believe specific beats out general. But given the power of lv 10's, Koto would win out.

For whatever inconsistency it is, be it CS/OOC/IC. Trust me, things changed when shit happened and I'm working on it with the GM team. Don't wanna tell you here cuz it will offend other people. @Vocab

So yeah, Koto would stomp most of the characters. Except Aiden, Kokatsu and Nara's bots and clowns.

Yep. Koto would win pretty handily.

Yeah, TK is one of those powers that QUICKLY gets out of hand if free reign is given.


Yep. Nothing quite like someone who can carbon copy a broad variety of powers because the very forces that affect existence are at her fingertips and will. Microkinesis is a step above basic Telekinesis, imo.

Can someone explain to me what happened in the IC and why Rouka decided to go Freddy Kruegar on some random person? Also, @Mira Yasaka, where did you get that Aiden was mean? Like,he hasn't done anything that could be thought of as mean or even rude that Mei would know about, so I'm curious as to where she got that impression.

Ehhh. The only real way that would work is if she broke herself down at the atomic level, willed her atoms to travel, and then reformed herself. And I think that's a little ludicrous, even for a To Aru-style setting.

Correct. She can't teleport. However, that is not to say can't travel at hypersonic speeds with relative ease. (Mach 7+) or even push beyond that to near light-speed travel in outer atmosphere travel.

So she can easily be where she needs to within 20 minutes or less. On a global scale.
