Yes. Though dominating animals like squirrels wouldn't be difficult. His psionic ability is like a muscle. If he pushes to far at one time, he will enter a drunk-like state.

@Cuccoruler I don't know about titanpad, but Discord's a pretty handy voice/chat app. Easy as sh!t and no need to download anything too.
