I'm going to give you guys on the surface a reason to stay outside. I understand it may sound kind of bad right now but with a large group that I was completely unaware of at the time. I'll tweak my last post to give a reason for this.

Ok so here's the plan with the whole group split thing.

I tried to split the group and balance it out (somewhat), and I understand the vagueness of the two groups.

The crypt group will be going into the crypt and killing whatever's in it and actually getting the goods within it. This group needs to be careful with how they do the diving into the dungeon and getting that stuff done. This group needs to be calm within the dungeon and they'll have their own encounters separate from the surface. They'll get less loot from unique characters that I have planned out for their encounters, but they'll get first hand at loot within (provided there is any).

The surface will meet a few more characters and will get better loot from those characters I have planned for their encounters. One of them is a goblin inventor that will have a cartel of random crap (be it metals to meatbread), and another would be a possible tribal chieftain. This group can be as reckless as they want, but they need to remember that the crypt is to be protected, and if stuff gets in, the plot I have will change.

I didn't want to split the group up, but it'd be a clusterfuck otherwise if everyone went into the crypt. Any questions about it?

Why can't we just split into 2 groups to cover more ground and barricade the doors once we enter. Heck, we can even call a dozen guards to watch the door.
It's not like the tomb is one long hallway with one main path, or so I assume.

Hmmm, the way I'm behaving it would best suit a researcher that deals in tombs and such. But given my moving Shadow and ominous appearance I can't say I blame anyone. Shoulda morphed into an innocent looking red faced, white haired fatherly kinda researcher guy.

I mean what would you think if this guy approached you saying:
"Let me be the little girl's guardian on this trip to the tombs as I also have a daughter and also happen to know tombs"

Then why not have a sort of portal appear and bring them into some sort of dungeon? THat would be way more fun than meeting some goblin with stuff. I mean that doesn't sound like enough fun to me truth be told.

Heck have em all get kidnapped into this weird world with our own little hells or something and they have to find them?

You already said that you were leaving a group up. Vert will want to stay up and keep the others up believing that is what she is payed to do.

You can't take back what you already posted which is why I am suggesting the portal thing.

Like maybe a familiar of the necromancer comes back and sees the group outside and send them into a sort of hellish portion of the dungeon where they will have no idea where they are and have to escape from something.
