Personality: not so outgoing that he'd go to nightclubs but outgoing enough to do public dares. He's a live to serve type of person, always working to the best of his abilities and at least attempting the things he's told to do.

Powers: Powers: Control Body - You psychokinetically control the actions of any humanoid within line of sight and 170 feet. You don't require mental contact, since you are forcing limb movements independent of their mind. You can force them to stand up, sit down, walk, turn around, and so on, but operating vocal cords is too difficult. You can also hold them immobile and render them helpless. You cannot force them to manifest powers. If you lose line of sight, the power ends. Although their body is under your control, their mind is not. Creatures capable of taking purely mental actions, like manifesting powers, can still do so. This power takes a few seconds to manifest, and lasts as long as you concentrate.

History: after finishing high school in New Zealand he went to university to study the humanities and teaching, at the same time he joined the NZ army Territorials, a reserve force mainly comprising of university students like himself. that was when he made friends with an American student on holiday, he'd decided to go to America with the student, and spend his Christmas there...

Personality: Kind, and thoughtful. Loyal to a fault, and hardworking (when it suits him), otherwise he's awkward, easy to panic and quick to fear. Powers: Crisis of Breath - You compel the subject to purge its entire store of air in one explosive exhalation, and thereby disrupt the subject’s autonomic breathing cycle. The subject’s lungs do not automatically function again while the power’s duration lasts. If the target mentally resists the compulsion, it is unaffected by that moment's use of the power. If it fails to resist, it can still continue to breathe by actively gasping for breath. An affected creature can attempt to take actions normally (instead of consciously controlling its breathing), but risks blacking out from a lack of oxygen. This power takes a few seconds to manifest, and lasts for 30 seconds.

History: Sam had finished schooling. He had decided about university but soon decided against it. The costs were too high and he felt it was more than time he started earning a wage rather than an allowance. He got in with a decent company, and as his birthday came up, his mum surprised him with a paid trip to the US, across several different states, all mapped out for him. He smiled, it was often like her to go overboard, and though he was a bit peeved that he had to waste most of his vacation days on it (he always liked to have a few in reserve), he was elated to tour the states.

He was staying in a three star hotel, the Maxwell Hotel, close to the Lake Union Park, barely a fifteen minute walk away, when, as he opened the room door to settle in for the night (he was up chatting with a girl who found his 'london' accent nice, and he didn't have the heart to tell her he was from Bristol), he realized things didn't quite look right from his window. He saw horns, talons, leathery wings and the things they were attached to. He swallowed, he coughed, he felt the air knock from his lungs and he started hyperventilating, he had to focus on every individual breath or they just wouldn't come out. The things out there, they weren't birds, and they certainly weren't planes...

And that joke had never felt any more inappropriate.

She doesn't care what people think, but if it's about her, she just hides it until later. Then deals with it herself. Sometimes in naughty ways.

Powers: Insect Plague - You summon a swarm of locusts. You may summon the locust swarm so that it shares the area of other creatures. The swarm attacks any creatures occupying its area. The swarms are stationary after being summoned, and won’t pursue creatures that flee. This power takes a few seconds to manifest, and lasts for 10 minutes.

History: Actually passed high school with good grades from actual learning, despite the rumors. Sleeping with the teacher started later. And didn't last long. Something about finding a boyfriend closer to her age. Even that only lasted a few years. Also, documented online (and our esteemed GM knows this). He was not a good influence, but she still managed to motivate herself to go to college, like a good girl. She enjoyed cutting people up for a living, and openly admitted it. But she got sick of the bureaucracy of that field and left to pursue...nothing, really. She's still set for a few more years. Her very recent manifestation of swarms of insects has given her some future ideas to get money from the guy from whom she's renting a room.

Personality: She has always felt that she is a bit of a loner. She feels that children are easier to interact with then adults. She has been working on it more and more trying to gain more friends but it has definitely been a process for her. Powers: Control Flames - You can pyrokinetically control the intensity or movement of a naturally burning fire, so long as its 1 foot³ or smaller. Every few seconds, you can freely switch control between it and another fire. You can also change the nature of your control every few seconds, but only through a specific change like sustaining or moving a fire. When your control lapses, a fire returns to its original state. If it has no fuel, or was moved from its original location, it extinguishes. You can keep a fire burning that would normally expire for lack of fuel. Dousing a controlled fire with water does not put it out, though completely submerging it would. You can move a fire up to a maximum speed of 5 feet/second. This power takes a few seconds to manifest, and lasts as long as you concentrate.

History: She was raised by her mother and abusive, drunk father. She hated being home at night when her father was on a bender. He tend to take out his anger at any person he could including her. When she was 15 her mother left her father after he cheated on her mother. From that day she vowed to dedicate her life to help children and others in terrible situations the best she could. She even helped work at a battered women's shelter on her days off helping woman who have been abused by their partners.
