@Aristocles No problem. I suppose what I'm getting at is to take into account what everyone else has already written and try to incorporate some of that lore and legend into whatever you write. Rather than having a kitchen-sink setting where things are just thrown together at random. Either way, this has been and will be fun as hell.

@MikkishtheLeprechaun I don't see why not. Are you talking about the guilds in the sunlit city?

I'm trying to figure out how to get us writing more cooperatively. I wanted to suggest that in each post, you highlight something that you give a name and then another player takes over that name and fills out the information. For example,



I am writing about the toad men, but I highlighted the skull-fens to signify that I want someone else to do a write up about the skull fens. I think this would help further the whole 'cooperative worldbuilding' aspect. What do you guys think?

@Polybius I dunno, seems like we're doing that already. Like how you took the offhand mention of the spirit weapons and turned that into its own thing. Having it the new way seems a little limiting, but that's just my opinion.

I actually didn't plan on writing too much else about sunlit city, to allow others to work with the idea if they wanted. But the gangs there would fit into it.

So if we think of a category, we can just do it even though its not listed?

I believe if we implement this system as well as what we are currently have, it can do nothing but enhance some possibilities.

I think its more natural if we dont do that. If we all just write what we write and let the chips fall where they may, then it shows the amount of interest when someone references what we created in their post, like Vitalis mentions Elder Anthropods, the post on Spirit Weapons gives history of the Pallid Plains, and I put Sunlit City in the Sunlit Vale.
